You know, I could kind of understand the idea of Sleepless in Seattle becoming a stage musical. And then there came news of a London musical version of Ghost--which also makes about 1,000 times more sense than turning the beloved and darkly funny 1989 movie Heathers into a musical and bringing it to the stage.
What's more, Kristen Bell has already taken part in a reading of the musical, playing Veronica (though it's not yet known if she'll actually star in the stage production).
Apparently, Heathers screenwriter Dan Waters has given his blessing for this production.

Even though I think Kristen will did a good job in Broadway..And she will be shock the world after going to the Broadway..I really like her much more on TV...And I reaaly wanna see the Veronica Mars's film..
Who is writing the music? That's what I need to know, cause if it's given a proper treatment could be fun.
She can go do broadway, but only if she does the Veronica Mars movie first :)

Hummmm..... I thought the economy was affecting Broadway ticket sales, maybe after three months on Broadway it will close. Anyway doesn't say she was hired but good luck to her.
I don't really care I will never get a chance to see it. I do really want her to get to work on something like say Veronica Mars the movie. Get that Rob Tomas moving.

At least she already has experience on broadway from Reefer Madness the musical when it was on stage a few years ago. It is not like she will be going into it with no idea of how stage acting works.

OMG Broadway....SERIOUSLY?! How are her fans (like me!!!) gonna follow her work!?? This just isnt fair! VM got cancelled and I was heartbroken (thru no fault of Bell or Rob). THEN she lands a role on heroes which I feel porpelled the show from being a complete sophmore disaster, and they killed her off. she did a Forgetting Sarah Marshall which I loved and I was really hoping to see her in a new TV role this season or maybe even a few movie role (by the way when does When in Rome come out?).. but nooo, she, instead chooses a broadway show for the next god-knows-howmany-months! Seriously?!
