Isabella and Jack, both 12 years old, will go spatula-to-spatula for the title of Junior MasterChef Australia.
On Sunday, Jack from Tasmania and Isabella from Queensland were announced as the top two contestants for what is sure to be an intense and emotional grand final on November 15.
The dishes that secured the two finalists' places were mollusc-tastic, with Jack preparing Snail Porridge -- a recipe concocted by top chef Heston Blumenthal -- while Isabella opted for Mussel Spanikopita, which had the judges raving.
The Monday night grand final is set to take over TEN for two hours, with a double whammy of tricky tasks for the young chefs to tackle.
They must both produce a dish worthy of a three-hat restaurant, in addition to recreating a sweet sensation by dessert aficionado and MasterChef Australia regular Adriano Zumbo.
Isabella has beaten out tough competition to make it to the final, including her own twin, Sofia. The two had already decided on the name of their joint restaurant -- Issofia -- and have apparently developed menus and business cards to help build their client base.
Jack was the only boy to make it through to the top four, discovering his talents while making a croquembouche for a friend's dinner party.
The Junior MasterChef Australia live finale airs 7:30pm Monday, November 15, on TEN.
