The man behind the decks of one of hip-hop's classic tracks has passed away.
Bryce teamed up with MC Rob Base for the dancefloor anthem "It Takes Two," a 1988 single that would go on to become of hip-hop's most recognizable tracks. The duo's debut album It Takes Two, which also featured the familiar song "Joy and Pain," would go platinum and charted as high as number 31 on the Billboard 200.
Rob Base, real name Robert Ginyard, posted a photo of Bryce on his Instagram account with the caption "R.I.P. Skip (DJ E-Z Rock) my friend. My brother." Other members of the classic hip-hop community, including Biz Markie and DJ Red Alert, took to social media to express their condolences as well.
