Take that, Grey's Anatomy.
Rapper and Britney Spears' husband Kevin Federline, commonly known as K-Fed, will guest-star on Thursday night's episode of CBS's crime show CSI. The seven-year-old crime series is having a tough time this season since ABC moved medical drama Grey's opposite it in the time slot.
K-Fed will play Cole Tritt, an arrogant teenager who harasses Nick and Warrick at the titular "crime scene." The episode, titled "Fannysmackin'," tells of a series of tourist beatings on the Las Vegas strip.
Federline also released an album this year, titled Playing With Fire.
Since returning to the schedule on its new night three weeks ago, Grey's has consistently edged out CSI in total viewers. The K-Fed episode of CSI airs Thursday, October 12, at 9 p.m.

I actually didn't know what the guy looked like until now and I only even HEARD of him being on the show AFTER it had aired!!!
Guess you'd all consider me lucky...
I thought this episode was really good. I know I've never posted before, but I've watched since the beginning... I especially liked the final scene, the discussion of a "moral compass"...
I wonder how much of a ratings dive the show is going to take because of this horrible mistake.
If CSI prods have made one mistake... it's this...
how he suppose to help ratings??
His mere presence will cause CSI to lose two-thirds of its audience.
Hopefully Nick's punch was real. Pity the Warwick didn't join in and put a few punches in as well.
does he star as a corpse who has been fatally sodomized?
It had to be CSI. God! What a terrible show. I'll catch some scenes with him in it on the intraweb for kicks.
Please stop watching CSI so that we may have a chance to get a possibly good show on tv, instead of 3 pieces of fecal matter.
Ooops, I forgot. It's CBS.
K-Fed will play Cole Tritt, an arrogant teenagerTeenager!?Dear god what has become of one of my favourite tv shows. When they need to stoop to this level to get ratings.....augh just augh
Unfortunately, this episode is now considered the "Britney's Husband" episode. Don't worry about what the plot lines and such are for the story, just concentrate on the bad rapper. I still haven't decided if I'll watch this one or not.
Bad Move CBS, Bad Move.
This is disturbing, and very unfortunate that CSI has to stoop to this. I love the show but I hope no one watches it this week and/or it gets demolished by Grey's. Mr. Spears is beyond disgusting. Nobody deserves to have to put up with him for an hour.
Talk about scraping the bottom of the barrel; what a punk. I seriously doubt his acting is better than his singing, this will be a joke.
Hopefully Warrick will pound his head against an SUV... He seems to be pretty good at that.
I saw this clip on youtube lol. spoilers ahead.. if you consider what happened between Nick and k fed a spoiler.... Nick punched him in the guts. lol. best scene ever.
haha. he plays a teenager.. well im not watching csi or gray's..
Somehow I don't feel like watching CSI on Thursday. I mean, was this really necessary? To have Mr. Spears on such a great show? What were the producers thinking?!? K-Fool is beyond pathetic. Having him on the show seems like a real effort to be beaten by Grey's Anatomy. And btw, he's playing an "arrogant teenager"?!? A teenager?!?! How old is this guy?? 30?? Geez...
Even though it will help keep him from overpoplating the world, it's not going to win the ratings, CBS.
Patrick Dempsey > anyone who ever has or ever will date Britney Spears.
i hope everyone can see this is just a way for CSI to try and beat Grey's Anatomy.Just because Grey's is wayy better and doing better in the ratings doesn't mean this will work. Because, let's face it, people will turn in to watch him for, see he sucks, and turn back to GA.
WOW clearly CSI's attempts to woo Grey's watchers isn't working out. Although I am mildly tempted to TIVO Grey's and laugh my booty off at K-Fed and his acting styles.
oh gosh . . . .he released a CD. must've not been very good. i haven't heard about his singing career since the teen choice awards
Hope his acting is better than his singing...
