Here's a Mega-list of All the Labor Day Marathons You Can Watch

Here in the United States, we get a FREE DAY to do whatever the heck we want thank to Labor Day! Will we do a double crossfit session to work on our bods? Finish crocheting that Mario Lopez throw blanket we've been working on? Vacuum our cats? Nope. We're watching television until our eyeballs dry out. And because Netflix and on-demand can't handle all of our requests, we'll definitely spend some time with some of the many television marathons over the holiday weekend. To get you set for what will be on, we've compiled a list of all the marathons we could find in one handy place. And that place is below. Get planning!

There's still fall to look forward to.

Why would you want to watch a marathon of old TV shows? there is very good football (soccer for most of you) in Europe and South America.
By the way, marathons are best when actually running on one owns feet.

Aw you're just showing off--probably young or something...

For starters I am not "young", and yes I do run myself a lot, but that is not the point. Is ok, we all like to watch TV shows, but I cannot understand anybody that tries to motivate people to seat the whole day, or the whole week end to just watch TV. Specially in a country where over obese people are the majority.

It's their job man. You should know most of us are going to do what we want anyway. I wasn't serious, and I agree with you, but it's a TV site, not a health site...

And not one show I need to catch up on that I got behind with and missed episodes of - Fosters, Stitchers, Bates Motel, Dark Matter. I even got behind Under thee Dome and Zoo.

I'll have to see if Fast n Loud offers the shows I missed with that, so that may be good.

We in Europa got such a day too. It's May,1st. Some kind of socialist bullshit or something. The whole of Europe is free on that day. Except where i live, The Netherlands. We have to work on that day. And i agree, it's called Labor Day for a reason. Get off your lazy-ass and make some money.

May, 1st was supposed to be the day in the US too, but president Grover Cleveland
moved the day to the first Monday of September because of the Haymarket Massacre in 1886.

End of history lesson. (sorry)

I think i will catch up with Kingdom. It's on DirecTV. Some kind of satellite network.
Netflix would be so much easier. Now i have to make an effort to get my hands on it. Kaitlin likes it and that pretty much means i'm gonna like it too. This site drives me crazy. I can't keep up with all the shows.

Then when i'm finally watching something, i see in the corner of my eye that i have
5 notifications on TV.com (automatic refresh) I feel compelled to answer if someone replies on my comments. (sigh) Or somebody on Facebook sends me a message. I was there and there. Here are the photos. Then I have to view 60 blurry selfies that someone made with his/her cell phone. Social Media is killing me. But i can't stop. it's an addiction. I get flooded with dopamine which says: reply reply. REPLY. I was also addicted to World of Warcraft (don't laugh) for three years. I was playing 8 hours a day. When i hit level 90 i decided to stop cold turkey. WoW that was hard. Ok i shut up. (i'm really sorry)

Just started reading your post thinking 'hey, I'm European and I don't get May 1st off!', but then I got to the part where you said you were Dutch and The Netherlands is an exception. So thanks for the history lesson! :P
We do get April 27th off though, and let that just be my birthday^^

How the hell is there a 7 1/2 hour Fear the Walking Dead marathon on Sunday, when there have only been three hour long episodes released?

let me do the math. Episode one was one hour 3 minutes and 42 seconds. episode two 42 minutes and 40 seconds. Without the ads of course. You think i waste time by watching ads ?

So that is a total time of one hour 46 minutes and 22 seconds.

The rest is all ads. Yay!

TWC's TV Guide is showing a James Bond marathon at those hours for BBCA. AMC is showing it though. Someone messed up. :/ However, FTWD is just showing two repeating episodes.

New Girl on MTV? is that a typo? that seems like a weird mix to me lol only thing I'd consider is Parks and Recreation.

but I'll probably just stick to watching The X-Files and Soul Eater on Netflix :p and probably my You're The Worst rewatch if I feel like it.
