Lost, Family Guy, and Ghost Whisperer

Season 5 finale, 8 p.m., CBS

Ghost Whisperer

In the Season 5 finale (or series finale if ABC doesn't throw JLH a bone), Melinda (Jennifer Love Hewitt) faces off with a poltergeist in the hospital, instigating an intense battle with supernatural forces. Sounds like she could use some help from the Winchester bros!

10 p.m., STARZ

Party Down

Steve Guttenberg turns his birthday party into a writer's seminar when he overhears Roman (Martin Starr) talking about his new script.

11:35 a.m., NBC

The Tonight Show with Jay Leno

Jay welcomes 24 stars Kiefer Sutherland and Mary Lynn Rajskub.

8 p.m., ABC

You can't move forward into Sunday's series finale without taking 121 steps back to the pilot. Re-live the plane crash and remember how it all began!

9 p.m., BBC America

Doctor Who

The Doctor (Matt Smith) whisks away Amy (Karen Gillan) and Rory (Arthur Darvill) on a romantic getaway to 16th century Venice, where everyone looks a little too much like Edward Cullen.

Also on the airwaves...
NBA Basketball Playoffs: Magic v. Celtics
NHL Hockey Playoffs: Flyers v. Canadiens

7 p.m., ABC

From 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., watch "Lost: The Final Journey," a retrospective focusing on the final season and featuring cast interviews and behind-the-scenes footage. From 9 to 11, watch the series finale and keep your fingers crossed that it answers all of your paranoid questions. Take a break for 30 minutes to breathe, pee, cry, scream, whatever. Then watch Jimmy Kimmel talk to the entire Lost cast and torture everyone by airing a few alternate endings. I don't even know why I'm bothering to choose anything else for Sunday.

8 p.m., CBS

Brooks & Dunn: The Last Rodeo

I'm assuming that CBS divides the TV-watching world into two groups: those who watch Lost, and those who enjoy country music. For the latter group, all the twangin' musicians you could ever hope for are roundin' up to pay tribute to Brooks & Dunn, who are disbanding after 20 years together. Performers include Kenny Chesney, Reba McEntire, George Strait, Carrie Underwood, and Taylor Swift.

Season 21 finale, 8 p.m., FOX

The Simpsons

As Season 21 comes to a close, Moe is invited to be a guest judge on American Idol—and, yes, Simon Cowell, Ellen DeGeneres, Kara DioGuardi and Randy Jackson all have voice cameos as themselves.

Season 9 finale, 9 p.m., FOX

Family Guy

A power outage at the Griffin home provides Peter the opportunity to retell the entire story of Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, or, as he calls it, "Something, Something, Something Dark Side."
