Lost star in CBS pilot

Cynthia Watros, who plays the possibly crazy character Libby on ABC hit Lost, is joining the cast of the Tom Cavanagh sitcom My Ex-Life. The new show is a pilot slated for CBS's fall season.

Watros plays Libby on Lost, a character who until a few episodes ago was believed to be a therapist. It was revealed in a flashback several weeks ago that Libby may have actually been in the same mental hospital that Hurley (Jorge Garcia) was in.

The move puts the fate of Libby into question. While CBS seemingly attempted to assuage "Lostie" fears by saying Watros was only a guest-star on the new show, Lost has killed off several main characters in the past.

Last season, Ian Somerhalder's character Boone was killed. This season, that character's stepsister Shannon, played by Maggie Grace, was shot to death by another castaway. Both of those actors are now allegedly dating.

It is possible the makers of Lost are helping Watros out the door. Earlier this season, both Watros and costar Michelle Rodriguez were involved in DUIs, and rumors began to surface that the two were difficult to work with. Maggie Grace was also reportedly difficult to work with.
