Last night at the exclusive Sydney launch of Michael Jackson's This Is It DVD, a large turnout of celebrities gathered for what was billed a VIP Tribute Show.

Among the stars that attended were Jackie Jackson, choreographer Travis Payne, director Kenny Ortega, Kerri-Anne Kennerley, Ada Nicodemou, Guy Sebastian, Delta Goodrem and Brian McFadden.

Ian "Molly" Meldrum hosted the all-star tribute to Michael Jackson. During the evening Sony's managing director presented Jackie Jackson (Michael's brother and original member of the Jackson Five) with a special award celebrating the success of his brother's film. On accepting the award, Jackie gave a heartfelt and emotional acceptance speech thanking Ortega's dedication on the film and gave his love to Michael's loyal fans.

Throughout the night Travis Payne and a selection of Michael Jackson's dancers wowed the audience as they performed some of the moves from the This Is It DVD. The bittersweet performance gave viewers a glimpse of the phenomenal show that Jackson had created.

Delta Goodrem and Guy Sebastian ended the night by performing their own rendition of Michael Jackson's Earth Song, with the Sydney Children’s Choir.

This Is It chronicles the months from April to June 2009 of Michael Jackson preparing for his sold-out concerts that would have taken place in London's O2 Arena in July 2009.

The film was edited from more than 100 hours of behind-the-scenes footage, showing a rare glimpse into Michael Jackson's world as he developed, created and rehearsed for the concert.

Michael Jackson's This Is It is available now on Blu-ray and DVD.
