why in the world would they cancel such a promising show like THRESHOLD
they need to BRING IT BACK
    PLEASE

  • blazer666_uk

    Bring back threshold.....PLEASE

  • awesomeshow

What about Brian has to continue........this is the best show on ABC! Someone has to get ahold of the producers and ABC to let them know the fan base is huge........I don't get it!

  • TVchick530

From what i've seen so far, What About Brian is a great show. The past four episodes were really interesting and I cant wait to see what is in store for Monday's finale. I really hope this show gets picked up and I hope to see it on the fall sched.

  • atkinssa

What happen to south beach? I was really getting into it when it just dissapeared. Put it back on its a great show.

  • gfgayle

I LOVE Crumbs!!! Please keep it coming!!

  • bhricik

I remember the days of patience when a sitcom could toil a few years before finding its footing with audiences. With the introduction of the low cost/high profit reality TV shows, those days are gone.

Shows like Seinfeld and Cheers would have never made it this day in age. They're now looked upon as classics.

Arrested development is able to muster the next best thing. In spite of enormous odds against them, the show collected an impressive amount of awards in a 2 1/2 season span and more importantly, millions of freakishly devoted fans; myself included.

Cult classic is not a bad consolation prize for a show whose life was mercilesslyh cut too short. RIP AR, TV won't be the same without you on it.

  • spacysam

Threshold is extreamly popular in the United Kingdom, and we have just finished the first season. We have to see if they win or lose so please cant you make a little room for the show to come off hiatus.....for the british public sake!!!

  • tomfastic

I totally think that How I met your mother should be under Hits

  • Dramat

    Without Threshold you suck.

  • FLORIE627

SHOWS LIKE THE OFFICE AND EARL ARE VERY STUPID. LETS GET SOME REAL COMEDY ON THE AIR LIKE CRUMBS.

  • FLORIE627

CRUMBS IS THE NEXT BIG HIT ON TV

  • FLORIE627

CRUMBS IS THE BEST NEW COMEDY SHOW. IT WILL BE ANOTHER HIT LIKE SOAP AND ALL IN THE FAMILY. IT IS BOTH COMEDY AND DRAMA. THE VERY BEST.

  • rsloane

crumbs looks and sounds horrendous. ugh. poor jane curtain.

  • dropin

the network execs really should watch the shows they are running Threshold one of the best of the season was canned while some real crap has got the nod for continuation or a second season Gods I hate "reality" tv pity about Killer Instinct as well it had its momments but at least Medium, Criminal Minds, Bones, Supernatural & lovely BSG are still in the mix. I wonder what would happen if a rerun of Buffy was to beat American Idol in the sweeps?
numbers do count that is their job but it is people who watch these shows

  • rklrkl

Lots of mentions of Threshold being cancelled - I thought folks might like to know that Sky One in the UK is currently airing episodes 10-13 (yes, the final 4 episodes made that never aired in the US). They're "obtainable" on the Net (well episode 10 is as I write this - others will follow on future Wednesdays/Thursdays) if you know where to look...

  • snowbud00

Love Monkey looks like a lost attempt to show that the nerdy guy can get the girl.... boring. Threshold did keep my interest, not the new replacement...sorry

  • murmurt

I love how they cancel shows that have not had a chance to build followers. A lot of the time it is the networkds fault for the show not building up viewers. Alias, for example, was hardly advertised and the networked never pushed the shows. Before this year the only advertisements were at night after everyone was in bed

  • miniacifm

As far as the 5th season of Smallville goes ... it has more energy and getting darker and more true to the original storyline. They seem to be doing a good balancing act with the teens that want the happy ending and pleasing the old boomer farts too (even though that is not the shows target). The O.C. has almost gone down the toilet. As soon as Josh gets his storyline in order and gets rid of Marissa and Ryans blow-off walk away from everything scenes and the new trailerpark cast, the show could produce a 4th season. This used to be my favorite show. And as for the 70s show, even the lowest rated reality show can give it a run for the money.

  • playwert

no ones mentioned one of the sesations of the year-Bones!
it was considered by many [before it aired]a vechile for david borenanz now that angels done and dusted[gettit-dusted-i'm hilerious].but it has proved itself in the ratings and has been welcomed with home arms by 99percent of critics.

  • rsloane

I don't understand the Emily show -I've seen thousands of commercials but have no idea what the title means or what it's about... S&TC rip off is all I can come up with.

  • Cricketman_au

R.I.P. Alias. 5 seasons, plenty of action, its a sad fact that even the best shows must come to an end...

  • nateman241

CBS on the other hand is doing awesome this season with some awesome shows. first with one of my favorite shows NCIS starring mark harmon. and also with the new hit ghost whisperer. also in the first have had survivor which was pretty good this time around and will return again in febuary. amazing race was awful this season with the family edition. other than that CBS is looking great so far lets hope it will stay this way! good job CBS.
GETS A 8.5/10

  • nateman241

This season so far lost has been only the real hit for ABC. in its second season it is still going strong. freddie isnt bad either but it aint the best comedy on either. desperate housewifes hasn't been so good this season. its a hit or miss. night stalker and thershold were just waste of tv time and was just bad. some of the shows coming in the second have of the 05/06 tv season arnt to bad. jake in progress returns finally this january. even through abc should have started the show in september or october. in justice looks like it could be promising but thats what we thought of blind justice and look what happened to that snor fest. and dancing with the stars is just a waste of air time. same with the bachelor in paris coming in the new year. this season hasnt been a very good one for ABC. will have too see if it will get better in the new year. out of 10 i would give the channel 3/10.moreless

  • nateman241

lost is by far the best show for ABC this year. freddie isnt a bad one either but it aint the best out there. jake in progress is a good show and i wished it had started its season back in september or october. in justice looks promising but so did blind justice and look what happened to that snor fest. dancing with the stars is a complete waste of time. desparate housewifes is doing ok but not great this season. and well the bachelor in paris? who cares. so this year for abc hasnt gone to well exept for its hit show lost. ABC needs to either get some new comedy shows or stop showing crap like dancing with the stars and the bachelor.

  • veggiemomof2

That 70s Show is over after this season.

  • PerfectDark0Fan

24 is the only midseason show so far im paying attention to.

  • TheBajoran

CBS screwed the pooched with Threshold. They can still save a great show, but I'm sure the CBS execs won't see past their forensic science mindset that they are living in and will ultimately collapse. You just can't keep putting out CSI day after day. Law and Order killed NBC. That is why there is a ratings resurgence at ABC. There is variety. Everyone is going to have different choices in programming, but ABC is offering the largest variety.

  • suntek

I can't believe they are taking away Threshold. That was in my top 3 shows behind Lost and Invasion. I hope they at least are allowed to finish out the season. I just can't believe that it didn't get enough ratings to at least complete the season. The replacements look cute, but I don't like cute. Just my two cents.

  • alsaker85

All of Foxes cancellations (including the excellent but low-rated shows Arrested Development and Kitchen Confidential), and the fact that they still had to really ponder to find a future time slot for Prison Break, just goes to show that 2 hours of primetime programming just really isn't enough for a major network.
Anyway good to see that 24 and especially Scrubs are coming back soon!

  • tenaj65

I can't believe cbs cancelled Threshold. Of all the stupid shows on tv they cancell one of the better shows on for this season. CBS moved the show to Tue at 10pm but it never aird here is Pittsburgh. I was taken off and replaced by another show. I do hope another network could pick this show up.

  • actiontwinkle

i love seasons, and i love midseasons!

  • fannybawsh

not joey i'm gonna miss that show

  • timize

So far, I think ABC has some very good shows for the mid-season period. CBS' lineup isn't bad, either.

NBC and FOX need help (I mean, why the hell does NBC keep wasting their money on crappy tv game shows, e.g. "Deal or No Deal).

  • Chuukou

I'm going to miss Threshold. But Four Kings, Emily's Reasons Why Not, What About Brian, South Beach & Love Monkey have all got some potential. I'm just hoping that a new, stronger, Sci-fi show will start next fall.

  • kyleisalive

I miss Arrested Development already. FOX was stupid taking that one away...

  • Er0KSeinfeldfan

i cant believe arrested develpmont is getting cancelled.

  • rpgfan88

I actually had started to like Love Inc. too bad its gone. Supernatural is the show I didn't want to like but did. Its turned out to be way better and more interesting than I ever thought it would be. Looking forward to seeing the story continue!

  • SalFromCanada

What? John Stamos is back on TV? I think I'm gonna puke!

On the plus side, the best of ABC's midseason shows should be "Emily's Reasons Why Not" starring Heather Graham. Why? Because it's Heather Graham! Yeah, baby, yeah!!

  • NeedforSpeed20

The new shows I'm going to be checking out are Crumbs, Emily's Reasons Why Not [only because of Heather Graham], In Justice, Four Kings, The Book of Daniel and South Beach. Ill probably end up watch Crumbs and possibly Four Kings for the rest of the season. Returning Mid-Season show I'm going to check out is Scrubs.. Zach Braff is funny and hilarious and I want Scrubs to continue to succeed. As far as the Fall season is concerned.. It *** that FOX canceled Reunion.. they should of at least keep that for the whole season. FOX should be grateful that viewers still tuned in after all their cancellations... The Night Stalker should of never been put in the same time slot as CSI. Night Stalker had potential to do better, especially in the 18-49 category.. but it was a good show that could of been.moreless

  • allsummerlong

Eh......I think I'll pass.......there have been a few quality midseason replacements (Seinfeld in particular), but otherwise these shows are held off from the fall schedule for a reason.

Do watch Scrubs though. It's as freakin' brilliant as ever.

  • Chelhawian

I am sooooooooooooooooo sad!! Reunion is the best new show this year!! I am so mad that it has been cancelled/postponed! We all know that the show can only last a season so can't they at least give us that???
A loyal fan of Reunion
and forever sad! :(

  • FanWriter

I'll be checking out: "Book Of Daniel," "Conviction," and "Crumbs" this midseason. I'll be looking forward to the return of "Scrubs" and the move of "My Name Is Earl" and "The Office" to Thursdays.

  • Jdogg433

I have been wondering what happened to the show Jake In Progress. I thought the first season was cleverly written and deserved a second season. I can't wait for its season premiere.

  • Wiredruid

Arrested may not return to FOX, but it hasn't been officially cancelled yet. Don't exaggerate. Besides, I'm pretty sure it will get picked up by another network.

  • Wiredruid

The shot at Arrested was uncalled for....

  • UTtitans1

I love how fox likes to replace it's award winners, Arrested Development, with a sure fire hit, Skating With Celebrities.

  • archangelcory16

I'll miss THRESHOLD and NIGHT STALKER. I'll check out "Crumbs", "Conviction", "Four Kings", "The Book of Daniel", "South Beach", and "The Loop"...but I'm pretty sure I'll only end up sticking with one or two of them.

  • kqy

I am glad to see Christians getting a little play here, people in this country are afraid to support what they really believe in....There would be a lot more people viewing these types of venues if offered!

  • kqy

Our group at work love invasion and threshold, we hope these new programs make it.
