"It may fill the hole in your mouth, but it won't fill the hole in your soul," says Miss Guided's Rebecca Freeley as she snatches a pastry out of an obese student's mouth before handing it off to a twig of a girl.
That's the kind of humor television viewers can expect on March 18, when the comedy premieres after an episode of Dancing with the Stars. The show will then air on its regular night on Thursday March 20 with back-to-back episodes.
Miss Guided stars Judy Greer (Arrested Development's breast-baring secretary Kitty Sanchez) as Freeley, a high-school guidance counselor who gets a job at her old alma mater. Freeley thinks the drama and bad experiences of high school are over, but she finds that some things never change as she competes with her old rival for the affection of the hunky Spanish teacher.
The show also stars Brooke Burns (Baywatch), Chris Parnell (Saturday Night Live), and Kristoffer Polaha (North Shore). For more on Miss Guided, read TV.com's previous coverage.
