Brand appeared on the Radio 1 show a few days after the prank calls made by Brand and Jonathan Ross aired on Brand's Radio 2 show.
Brand told the Chris Moyles Show: "I phoned up Andrew Sachs to apologise for a matter live on radio and Jonathan Ross blurted out an expletive regarding Andrew Sachs's granddaughter who I'd in inverted commas, recently 'met'. (Laughs) I met her brains out."g
Miss Baillie was not named in the programme, but Ofcom found she was likely to be identifiable.
Ofcom found the show, broadcast on October 21, breached the Broadcasting Code in respect of an infringement of privacy rule.
