At this rate, the entire world will have superpowers in the Heroes universe. The NBC sci-fi hit has added another cast member to its ever-expanding roster, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Jessica Collins will have a recurring role as Sophie, an employee at an agency that is tracking the "ordinary people with extraordinary abilities." She won't just be a pencil pusher, though; Sophie will have powers as well.
Collins' recent work includes the hyped-yet-failed serial The Nine, in which she played Lizzie Miller, and a guest spot on CSI: Las Vegas.
John Cho will show his range by going from pot-smoking college student (Harold from Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle) to private-school principal. Fox has booked the actor to play the latter role in 'Til Death, where he will serve as a rival to Jeff Woodcock (played by Eddie Kaye Thomas).
Paul Blackthorne has also found a new home on ABC's new drama Big Shots. The actor most recently appeared as the lead in Sci-Fi's now-cancelled The Dresden Files, and has made appearances on 24, Deadwood, and Monk.

I'm so disappointed with Sci-Fi over dropping Dresden. Why is it anything unique is dropped while retread garbage seems to live forever? It is nice to see that at least Blackthorne will be working; he seems to be a competent actor.
Dammit, Sci-Fi! Dresden Files was your only decent show! Stop canceling all your quality programming and replacing it with those garbage monster movies! Not even Mike Nelson would bother riffing on your pathetic line up!
