... MTV also did some housekeeping, picking up a half-dozen shows to series. Underemployed is a comedy about recent college graduates; Zach Stone Is Gonna Be Famous is a mockumentary from comic Bo Burnham; Catfish is based on the movie of the same name; Hoods sees celebs return to their hometowns (groan); Wake Brothers is a reality show about two professional wakeboarding brothers (groan on top of another groan); and Wait Till Next Year is about a real-life horrible high school football team that hasn't won a game in five years. When asked whether it'll be airing any music videos, MTV laughed. [Deadline Hollywood]

... ABC is working with Fred Willard on a new improv comedy show called Trust Us With Your Life. It's basically Whose Line is it Anyway? and even features Wayne Brady and Colin Mochrie. Have you seen Colin lately? He's looking ooooold. [BuzzerBlog]

... ABC is developing another drama based on the famous story of Jekyll & Hyde. Jekyll & Hyde will follow a female criminal psychologist who is intrigued with a brilliant scientist and his evil other half. Word is, the show may deal with cloning and feature some sci-fi elements. Try not to confuse this with ABC's recent purchase of the project Hyde, but we'll forgive you if you do. [Deadline Hollywood]

... Fred Savage (The Wonder Years) is guest-starring on ABC's Happy Endings as himself, and it sounds like he'll be on a date with Elisha Cuthbert's character Alex. Additionally, Savage—who in recent years has made a career directing television—will helm an upcoming episode of the series. [EW]

... House will host Michael Nouri in an October episode. Nouri will play a corporate exec that—surprise!—gets sick. You probably know Nouri as Patty Hewes' ex-husband on Damages. [TV Line]

... Rescue Me creator Peter Tolan is writing Baywatch: The Movie. Ummm... I don't know whether to congratulate him or feel sorry for him. [TV Guide]

... PartyBusGate is coming to an end as Cleveland authorities have decided not to move forward with charges against Lost actor Matthew Fox, who allegedly drunkenly punched a female party bus driver. Fox was accused of punching her in the boob. And other parts, but it's the boob that really stuck out to me. She's now suing him for $75,000. [Associated Press]

... Kim Kardashian is executive-producing a reality show about the Pussycat Dolls. How adorable, Kim still thinks it's 2008! [TMZ]
