... Adult Swim has ordered more seasons of crazy comedies Childrens Hospital and STSF:SD:SUV:: for a fifth and third season, respectively. Look for new episodes next year! [Adult Swim via press release]

... NBC is developing Then Came Elvis, a semi-autobiographical comedy from Up All Night producer DJ Nash. The series would be about a family that actually gets closer after the parents divorce. [Deadline Hollywood]

... Netflix's relaunch of Arrested Development might feature me! It might feature you! It might feature your grandmother! The upcoming season will feature six roles for fans of the show, chosen through a contest in which fans submit some form of Arrested Development-themed tribute. So go ahead and buy a few buckets of blue paint. [EW]

... Parenthood has cast Pamela Adlon as a bitchy woman who moves into the building next door to the music studio that the Braverman brothers use. Adlon is known for her role on Californication, but even better known for providing the voice of Bobby Hill in King of the Hill. [TV Line]

... The producers of Once Upon a Time like this new Captain Hook character so much, they've asked him to stick around. Actor Colin O'Donoghue, who plays the new villain, has been bumped up to series regular even though we haven't even met him yet. He's due to be introduced in the October 21 episode. [TV Guide]

... Nip/Tuck vet Dylan Baker will drop by CSI for its eighth episode playing a serial killer in what's being called a very dark episode. Baker is currently starring in another CBS procedural, the recently resurrected Unforgettable. [TV Line]
