OMG a One Tree Hill Revival Might Be Coming This Christmas!

Everybody remain calm, and keep your wits about you... but OMFG we might be getting a One Tree Hill revival for Christmas!

Several members of the One Tree Hill cast posted photos to social media today of a "new project" they're working on, making sure to keep things vague. They also made sure it was obvious that they were all back together for it. Unfortunately, these photos were all mysteriously taken down as soon as the story got picked up. Smooth, guys.

The Internet is forever though, so screenshots of the photos still exist, several including the mysterious hashtag they all shared: #christmas2018.

So far, only Hilarie Burton (Peyton Sawyer), Robert Buckley (Clay Evans), Danneel Ackles (Rachel Gatina) and Antwon Tanner (Skills) have been spotted in the photos, but four One Tree Hill cast members at once is enough to get our revival senses tingling. You can bet we'll have our eyes trained on other cast members' Instagram accounts for the next couple weeks for similar slip ups.

One Tree Hill made headlines last year after several women (including series star Hilarie Burton) accused its creator Mark Schwahn of sexual harassment. In total, 18 women came forward about Schwann's behavior. The scandal definitely changed the way fans felt about the show -- how could it not after realizing what was going on behind the scenes -- so it could be very cathartic to get a small revival where we know the women involved will be treated with decency and respect on and off screen.

Everybody stay off the naughty list this year and hope that Santa finds a revival movie for us somewhere in his sack.

All nine season of One Tree Hill are currently streaming on Hulu.

I'm not condoning what Mark did but without his writing, i don't think it's gonna be OTH - it's gonna be like West Wing season 5

Also, the fact that Hilarie is involved makes me wonder whether Mark was the reason she left at the end of season 6 and never returned for the final season

Obviously something is happening and if it is a revival of OTH, i think it's a bad mistake and a very strange decision to make given Mark was outed as a perv, just because you feel safe in the workplace again, there's no need to tarnish this brilliant show (and ending)
