NBC won the Monday-night ratings fight, thanks to Deal or No Deal and new hit Heroes. CSI: Miami held on to the top spot for the 10 p.m. hour, according to Nielsen overnights.
At 8 p.m., Deal scored a 5.5 in adults 18-49. Fox and Prison Break earned a 3.8, CBS scored a combined 32 average for How I Met Your Mother and The Class, and ABC came in with a 2.6 for Wife Swap. The CW earned a combined 1.3 for Everybody Hates Chris and All of Us.
At 9, Heroes flew with a 6.5, CBS earned a combined 4.4 for Two and a Half Men and The New Adventures of Old Christine, and ABC romanced a 3.4 for The Bachelor: Rome. Fox nabbed 3.3 for a repeat of House, and The CW scored a combined 1.2 for Girlfriends and The Game.
At 10 p.m., CSI: Miami swaggered in with a 6.2. NBC's Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip scored a 3.2, and What About Brian on ABC earned a 2.5.
Overall, NBC earned an average 5.1 rating/13 share in 18-49s, with 13.6 million total average viewers; CBS, 4.6/12, 13.8 million; Fox, 3.5/9, 9.2 million; ABC, 2.8/7, 7.0 million; and The CW, 1.2/3, 2.9 million.
