Access Hollywood is giving TV viewers access to the Emmy's this weekend, with Lisa Rinna and Stacy London reporting live from the preshow event this weekend. The 58th Annual Prime-Time Emmy Awards airs on NBC at 8 p.m., live on the East Coast, taped on the West Coast.
Former Melrose Place star Rinna was most recently a contestant on season two of Dancing With the Stars. She also played the wife of real-life hubby Harry Hamlin in season one of Veronica Mars. She will be the Access Hollywood red-carpet correspondent for the Golden Globes and Academy Awards this year.
London is the host of the reality show What Not to Wear, which helps clueless individuals figure out what looks good on them. She'll next be seen hosting Access Hollywood's coverage of the MTV Video Music Awards.
The red carpet is a time-honored awards-show tradition, where the hopeful nominees and other celebrities who want to show the world how they look gussied-up can strut and sashay through a phalanx of reporters on their way to the event.
