Before she fell into a coma Sam spent most of her time manipulating others and being generally mean. On her road to recovery however, she's set out to patch things up dabbling in dancing, animal conservation and a spot of grovelling along the way.
In this week's episode, however, Sam has come up with her wildest idea yet--travelling to Africa to help those less fortunate than herself.
