Star Trek cast visiting Quahog

Appearing as a guest voice on The Simpsons is a sure sign that one has made it in Hollywood. But lagging not too far behind is dropping by Fox's other animated hit, Family Guy. And with that, we say, "Congratulations cast of Star Trek: The Next Generation…you've made it!"

Fox has revealed that former Star Trek: The Next Generation cast members Patrick Stewart, Levar Burton, Gates McFadden, Michael Dorn, Wil Wheaton, Denise Crosby, Marina Sirtis, Brent Spiner, and Jonathan Frakes will lend their voices to the March 29 episode of Family Guy "Not All Dogs Go to Heaven."

The geek-tastic episode sees the Griffins head to the Quahog Star Trek convention, where Stewie devises a plan to get the Next Geners back to the house.

Is this a match made in heaven?

I think it sounds awesome! I'm a huge family guy fan and I love a few of those actors from star trek so.....plus seth mcfarlane wouldn't ask them to be in an episode that wouldn't be funny would he?

My father will love this one. He loved the joke in "Peter's Got Woods."

sorry but this was done years ago on futurama. just cause they are using the tng cast rather than the original one doesnt mean anything. they dont have a creative bone in their body on that show - one episode was just the christian bale rant for most of it (it was funny but still). whats next american dad gets ds9 together and south park with voyager. dont think any show wants to reunite enterprise unfortunately.
