Stewart/Colbert in 2012!

... Comedy Central is keeping a firm grip on its moneymakers, extending its contracts with both Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert through 2012, when they can mock potential presidents on The Daily Show and The Colbert Report. This is good news. [NY Times]

Chandler has quietly become one of television's best actors, so it's good to see him get some high-profile offers. Plus, he's already proved he can play opposite gigantic beasts, in King Kong. [EW]

... Morpheus Laurence Fishburne has renewed his contract with CBS and will remain on CSI as Raymond Langston through next season. Fishburne has gotten mixed reviews since taking over for William Petersen's Gil Grissom, but c'mon people, it's Larry Fish! He's the man! [THR]

... Mark your calendars: Mad Men will return on July 25. And though show creator Matt Weiner has said the show would probably end after six seasons, AMC has said they'd like to drag it out as long as possible because that's what they HAD to say. [THR]

... The 24 movie has a script! Kiefer Sutherland confirmed that the script for a feature-length movie is finished, meaning the possible spin-off film can begin getting delayed immediately and never make it to the big screen. [IGN]
