Cristina's Court, hosted by Spanish-language TV personality Cristina Perez, is set to launch in syndication in fall 2006, distributor Twentieth Television said Monday.
The court show has been cleared in 55 percent of the US, including the outlets owned by Twentieth's corporate sibling, Fox. Perez previously hosted the Telemundo court show La Corte de Familia (Family Court).
Another previously announced court show from Twentieth featuring Lynn Toler--a former Cleveland Heights Municipal Court judge and former host of the distributor's Power of Attorney--is still in development.
Meanwhile, syndicator King World Prods. has also given the go-ahead for a fall 2006 launch to its one-hour daytime show featuring Food Network personality Rachael Ray. The tentatively titled The Rachael Ray Show has been cleared in more than 70 percent of the country.
