Here's a pretty kickass trailer for Season 6 of Dexter, in which our favorite hammer-wielding hero (sorry, Thor) will apparently tackle issues of faith–because if there's one way to make graphic serial-killing even more disturbing, it's to add some scripture to the mix!

There's a whole lot of quick-cutting going on, but you'll note the presence of a sinister Edward James Olmos, a hoodie-wearing Mos Def, and a snake-wielding Colin Hanks in the mix. And was that a blonde shoving Dex into a broom closet? Seems like born-again Dex has finally got his groove back! Season 6 premieres October 2 on Showtime. Believe.

dam too bad i'll have to wait till next summer to watch it on itunes, I wish that Showtime would allow season passes on itunes when the season is shown, I just watched season 5 man that was brutal, Dexter really was on the edge.

Despite what haters have to say, this still looks better than Season 5.
Man this show is so done for. This show has gotten to popular. That's never a good thing ya'll. It seems like the writers are running thin on ideas. Now the show won't have any natural flow and go on every idea possible. This show should have never went passed season 4 TBH. There is nothing much more to tell except from him being caught season. And the trials and all that. Wake me up when that happens people.
Too many people complaining about Dexter continuously getting away with his crimes making the show more and more unbelievable. Is it that easy for you guys to forget that Dex has been doing this for his ENTIRE life and has probably had more close calls than you can count?
Looking forward to another great season. Loving the character development.

Looks fantastic! No doubt in my mind, this trailer was influenced by David Fincher's The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo trailer. Wayyy too similar in style to be a coincidence.
