Now that her very public divorce, custody battles, and head-shaving mental breakdown are behind her, Britney Spears is ready to move forward -- by staging yet another comeback and going on tour. Tonight, she's donning a bikini to read the Top 10 List on The Late Show with David Letterman. Here are our top ten reasons why:
10. She needs the money. Kids don't pay for themselves. Unless they star on Mickey Mouse Club. Then they pay for themselves AND their parents.
9. There's something so mesmerizing and ... familiar ...about Paul Schaeffer's shaved head.
8. She's court-ordered to do community service with old people.
7. Christina Aguilera canceled
6. Sumner Redstone is quote a "huge fan."
5. She thought the Ed Sullivan theater was the Ed Hardy store.
4. She thought she'd swing by before watching Kevin Federline play the lead in "Billy Elliot."
3. She has a score to settle with the person in seat 17B.
2. She's trying to learn her numbers.
1. She was hoping Sarah Palin would introduce her to Levi.

There's a reason for promoting her tour on the Late Show. Dave has always been in her corner. Even though he may make jokes about her (that's his job) he has always been sympathetic toward her and treated her kindly on the numerous occasions she has appeared on the show. Good luck Britney.
I agree I think Britney Spears is finally growing up.

i thought she did a great job, im glad to see her getting better. i love britney i went to see her in concert on her circus tour and she was great, i have faith that she'll continue to get better.
I guess she isn't as bad as she use to, but I still can't think of her without having a bad feeling that something bad is going to happen
Well, at least she's actually looking like someone you'd want to see IN a bikini again.
