Today's Picks: Jon Hamm, Jedis, the real-life Cleaner

It's Tuesday night -- bid farewell to BRAVO's young and fabulous New Yorkers until next season.

Here are Tuesday's key new episodes:

Hell's Kitchen (8 p.m., FOX) | Big Brother (9 p.m., CBS)
America's Got Talent (9 p.m., NBC) | Warehouse 13 (9 p.m., Syfy)
Hawthorne (9 p.m., TNT) | Rescue Me (10 p.m., FX)
Miami Social (10 p.m., BRAVO)

Also on the airwaves ...

10 Things I Hate About You (8 p.m., ABC family): ABC family found the perfect way to piss off parents and spike ratings: Girl-on-girl action. Okay, it only happens for, like, two seconds, but still. Bianca (Meaghan Jette Martin) gets cozy with a female friend in "You Can't Always Get What You Want."

Better Off Ted (9 p.m., ABC): Surprise! We're touting Better Off Ted again -- because this is a show that's earned it. ABC is airing the last two episodes of the first season back-to-back, and we'll find out tonight that Veronica Portia de Rossi) has been hiding a pretty big secret!

NYC Prep (9 p.m., BRAVO): In the season finale, PC and Jessie exchange farewells -- and jabs. Meanwhile, Sebastian throws a charity event and the rest of the crew looks forward to another year of popularity. Will these kids ever just get their asses kicked?

Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back (9 p.m., SPIKE): There are times when you need Yoda, and there are times when you don't. Of those times, this is one.

Extreme Interventionist: The Man Behind The Cleaner (11 p.m., A&E;): William Banks (Benjamin Bratt) from The Cleaner isn't just a TV character, you know. He's based on Warren Boyd, a real-life "extreme interventionist." This special day-in-the-life program follows Boyd as he works with clients and consults with show executives.

The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien (11:35 p.m., NBC): Don Draper -- er, Jon Hamm -- swings by The Tonight Show presumably to tout Season 3 of Mad Men. But we're pulling for a surprise revival of Liz Lemon's (Tina Fey) lovably ignorant, ridiculously good-looking boyfriend, Dr. Andrew Baird.
