Tosh.0 Gets Renewed for Season 4

... Still working on that skateboard video where you break your ankle and it bends just the right way so you can get on Tosh.0? Keep working on it, because Comedy Central gave the internet-video show a fourth season today— hardly a surprise as it's the network's most-watched and highest-rated program. To celebrate, Daniel Tosh is airing a clip during tonight's show where he gets naked and dances around. [Comedy Central]

... I don't know about you, but when I think of NatGeo, I think about seminal punk rock bands. That's why today's announcement that former Black Flag front man Henry Rollins will host a new show on NatGeo makes total sense. Rollins will be featured in Animal Underworld, a show that follows people who eat, collect, and love exotic animals. [THR]

... Cheech Marin has signed on to star opposite Rob Schneider in a new (and still untitled) CBS comedy. Marin will play Schneider's dad in the near-autobiographical show for Schneider, which sees a gringo (Schneider) marry into a Mexican-American family. This has a 0.1 percent chance of being funny. [Deadline Hollywood]

... Sean Astin is providing the voice for Raphael in the upcoming Nickelodeon reboot of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Hey, give me a break! It's a slow news day! [EW]

... Teen Mom star Amber Portwood was rushed to the emergency room and is okay after reportedly attempting suicide today. Last week she was charged with domestic abuse for hitting her boyfriend. Don't try this at home, kids. [Radar Online]

... Though it certainly doesn't deserve it, there's talk that Camelot might be renewed for a second season. Sunday's Season 1 finale drew more than one million viewers in its first airing and 1.5 million viwers total for its first two airings, posting its best numbers since it premiered. This is interesting and all, but can we talk about Game of Thrones instead? [Deadline Hollywood]

... Yes we can! Game of Thrones star Sean Bean was drinking in London with his 22-year-old model girlfriend April Summers (you deserve it, Ned), when a passerby made some lewd comments about her. One thing led to another, and the dude punched Bean in the face and cut his hand with a broken pint glass. But instead of whining about it or calling the Bobbies, Bean simply went back to the bar, wrapped a towel around his gash and kept on drinking. You Win Or You Die Or You Just Keep On Drinking And Then Go Home And Bang Your Model Girlfriend. P-I-M-P! [This is London]

Camelot is a great epic series. Thousand love it and I feel it is worth a second season. it finished with good number and is going great in Canada. I now there are blogs out there saying it is cancelled but until i hear it from Starz then I will continue to be believe it is the season finale. They left such a cliff hanger in the Reckoning. I and many other just a few days ago started a petition to keep Camelot and even during the 4th of the July weekend it has recieved 159 signatures in a couple of days. Fans spread this link and after we get enough I will email it to the network.

Camelot =terrible tv. 1 out of 10 after watching the entire season. I wanted to like it, I gave it a chance, it's terrible, cancel it please.
Game of Thrones=epic tv. 8 out of 10 after watching all but the season finale tonight. Much better than Camelot, which was a "chick flick set in a fantasy realm".

Hopefully Camelot gets canceled so Starz creates something new worth watching to replace it.

Problems for Camelot's success that I can see without having to watch:
1. Merlin is not an old man who ages backwards and teaches Arthur (as a boy) all he needs to know to be a good king
2. Merlin is played by Joseph Fiennes
3. It's trying to be great television, when all it will really ever amount to is entertaining television.
4. Did I mention Joseph Fiennes?

I enjoyed Camelot... not the best show out there, not even the best take on Arthurian Legend, but I enjoyed watching it! Eva Green is just awesome as Morgan!!! I would like if they could actually tell the story 'til the end, with the Battle of Camlann!

Camelot got progressively better since episode 4, which (to me) served as a mission statement for the series (as in, I finally got what it is they're actually doing). The season finale was very good. I do hope they get a second series.

tosh.0 can be a little much sometimes but i still like it. i'd rather VH1 have kept their Web Junk 20 show though. and there is room for Game of Thrones AND Camelot, however Camelot has shown no progress at all. Jamie Campbell Bower is far from what i'd picture Arthur as, and he was only good in the Twilight movies so far because he was barely in them and for it to be a show abour King Arthur and Merlin, there's little to no magic. It doesn't deserve a second season. also it aired Friday, not Sunday

I certainly think there's room for both Game of Thrones and Camelot. While there may be the obvious similarities, they are very different shows. I really enjoyed the first season and would love to see a second one. Sure, it's fluff, but what entertaining fluff it is! Plus, Morgan is a great villian and the scene with the nun's beheading was a classic!
