It's been a long time coming for Stewart's re-entry into the "No-Spin Zone." Despite its being previously taped, Stewart still packed a mean punch (and made phenomenal word choices).
... Lady Gaga at the Grammys
Gaga glammed it up with a huge lightning bolt hat and clearly didn't give a damn about the man sitting behind her. And we loved her duet with Elton John.
... Regina King as Detective Lydia Adams on Southland
She went from the depths of frustration to a glimmer of hope in one terrific episode.
... The Season 2 premiere of RuPaul's Drag Race
Lip sync for your life! Its format may be a carbon copy of Project Runway but RuPaul is a genius.
... Jersey Shore's Snookie gets a make-under on Inside Edition
Oh, Snookie, when you lay off the bronzer, you look so grown up!

There was the "beautiful manflower" swimmer Adrian Chandtchi and then the football player Austin Paul. Both so earnest. Both so totally not the next idol.

I like Taylor Swift. It was amazing to watch her and the group Fleetwood Mac sing together. All of the performers were great except the last three rapper performers. They should take out the bad language of their songs. The Grammys is a family show and they should be aware that there are small children in the audience. The tribute to the Late Michael Jackson was great and his kids did a great job on their speeches. You have to give credit to his kids. They miss him allot!! Michael Jackson was their father. Taylor Swift deserve to get the awards and I know she is young but she told her family that she wants to be a singer so I guess it was ok with her parents and so Taylor wrote her own songs and she is doing great in school(if she is still in school) and she has to practice everyday so everything will go smoothly.moreless
We've all had fun with Little Taylor the past couple of years. She's received far more accolades and awards than she deserves. Now it's time for her to spend some of the money she's made on some singing lessons! EE GADS!, the girl CANNOT carry a tune! Did any of you catch her with Def Leppard on Palladia? GAD ZOOKS!, who thought that was a good idea!?!?
I love GaGa also. Used to wonder who the chick with the weird name was --l I stopped to listen to her album and find her to be different in a great way.. I understand why some people don't like her -- but if you sanple a few tunes from her album - (I would suggest Monster and/or Bad Romance -- she uses an intoxicating beat and she seems to be refreshing and talented as a writer. I am sick to death of Taylor Swift.
I thought 13 episodes each of Better Off Ted and Scrubs were shot for this season. I'm sure they'll be seen at some point, but who knows, ABC may just wait until June.
The Grammy's suck all around, ESP Gaga's bit! Taylor Swift can't sing, yet she won so many awards? Ridiculous. Only Beyonce's performance was worth something, she was amazing. And i agree with buffyangel4evr_, too many damn performances when they could have used the time to give out the impt awards on air. I can't believe they didn't show Jason Mraz win either of his 2 awards on air! Terribly disappointing.
The word bias has taken on a new meaning. If you don't agree with me, you're "biased". The unspoken premise there is that I'm intrinsically right in all of my beliefs, so if you have a different view there must be something influencing you away from the (my) truth. BB... you're demonstrating that noxious illness that has infected many Americans, whereby they cease to view their fellow countrymen as Americans, neighbors, and friends, but as "lib-er-uhls" and become enraged at them and want to destroy them all. That truly is the "pre 9/11" mindset. We're all in this together, dude. Learn to love your countrymen more than you hate the President, please.

John Stewart and the likes, don't care about working stiffs who are paying for all the handouts of the shiftless, mostly minorities, who he says needs all these give aways. Moore, Him, Maher, Behar, Madcow, Olberman, Letterman, etc. Are so rich it doesn't really affect them. You all should be vaporized. You and they are a waste of space on earth.

The Grammys, as usual, stunk. The performances were hit or miss....Taylor Swift-off key, Black Eyed Peas-annoying, MJackson "tribute"-disappointing to say the least....Lady Antebellum, Dave Matthews Band and Green Day-AMAZING. Still, they need to cut out half the performances and start giving out the awards on air again.
Jon Stewart is the only trustworthy source of news, in my opinion.
