's Swell-o-vision vs. Hell-o-vision (July 23)

Here's what we thought was out of sight and just not right on TV this week.

... David Hasslehoff arrived to Comic-Con in this party bus.
Because he can.

... In anticipation of Mad Men's return on Sunday, the Funny or Die folks whipped up this Boston remix.
They even cast lil' Joey McIntyre as Roger Sterling. Warning: Totally not safe for work.

... Joss Whedon and J.J. Abrams at the "Visionaries" panel at Comic-Con.
Turns out the theory that if these two stand in the same room, peoples heads will explode, is not entirely true.

... The Childrens Hospital panel at Comic-Con.
Everyone was there, and they even hinted at bringing on more folks from The State. We're too excited.

... In more Comic-Con news, they announced Bruce Campbell is starring in a Burn Notice prequel movie.
You had us at Bruce.

... Sara "Darlene" Gilbert is getting her own show on CBS that looks at issues from a mama's point of view.
On the show's roster of guests: Leah Remini, Julie Chen, Holly Robinson-Peete, and Sharon Osbourne. Now, those are some mamas we'd listen to!

... The lines at Comic-Con.
Yes, we love you famous people and creators of awesome television series. But geez, these 2.5 hour long lines are, well, long.

... Diddy was questioned about giving Justin Bieber a lamborghini.
But wouldn't you do the same if you could?

... Ice-T arrested in NYC for driving without a seatbelt?
Lame. Leave Ice alone! He's a pretend cop!

... This week's Entourage episode literally culminated in Vinnie's threesome being interrupted by E getting into a fight and knocking over a priceless dinosaur skull.
Seriously. We are completely divorced from reality here.

... What's with all the injured dancers on So You Think You Can Dance?
Galvan, Wong, now Bell. Don't they warm-up for at least 30 minutes before dancing?

... So there's this video of a whale capsizing a boat.
And then there's the Today Show hosts' robot-like reaction to watching it.

What made your list of TV loves and hates this week?
