's Top 100 Everything of 2009: 70-61

Here at, we take our year-end list-making very seriously. So as another year comes to a close, we present to you our second annual Top 100, the massive 10-part list of the year's most awesome TV happenings. As always, there were huge, mind-blowing events and tiny, heart-wrenching moments. Phenomenal send-offs and welcome hellos. Incredibly well-written plots and some really great, totally-not-annoying characters. After 365 days of watching TV, here's what we loved the most.

We're posting 10 items each weekday through January 1, so check back often to see what made the cut!

70. Danny Gokey not making the final two on American Idol

The bespectacled dead-wife-peddler blessedly didn't make it to the finale, and has been mercifully quiet since the season ended.

69. Tattooed Under Fire on PBS

One of the best documentaries on U.S. soldiers we've ever seen.

68. Davis' pot-laced one-liners on Accidentally on Purpose

They reminding us of pretty much all the twenty-something stoner dudes we've ever met.

67. Taylor Swift's SNL
monologue song

We loved the shot at Joe Jonas and the shout-out to Taylor Lautner.

66. Drea de Matteo on Desperate Housewives

A great actress joins the cast of a juicy show. We will seriously watch anything she does.

65. Holly Hunter's gym body on Saving Grace

So, Holly, who's your trainer?

64. Alec Baldwin's Hulu ad

Hands down the best commercial of Super Bowl XLIII.

63. The internet's favorite T-shirt appears on The Office

"Niagra" ended with a fabulous reenactment of the wedding dance video that went viral this summer—but the episode also featured a second, more subtle ode to the internet when Dwight donned the Three Wolf Moon T-shirt.

62. Robert Knepper on Heroes

The actor's kickass, power-hungry carnival dude is what kept Heroes alive.

61. House's Huddy hook-up

The doctor's Vicodin-induced visions of a Huddy hook-up are worth watching again and again.

that Hulu ad still makes me laugh.
Holly looks hot! And I have it from good sources that it's not just a gym body but more a yoga thing... she's a yoga nut... and wow... if I had known yoga gave you that kind of body, I'd have started long ago!
I'm glad Samuel from Heroes made it. He's the only reason I've stuck with the show.
I disagree about Danny. He and Kris could have been in the finals. Adam sucks ass!!!!
Baldwin's Hulu add is right on and i think Davis is one of the best random supporting characters in a long time. He's no Barney Stinson but he's supper funny...
I agree with the monologue song and the Huddy hook- up.
huddy should have been higher up!! maybe th premire will be
Things are looking up a little ... the cream of this crop -- Huddy! It was really just a shame to find out it was drug-induced.
