Blair Underwood has been cast in the CBS drama pilot Company Town, about government agents who live in the same Washington neighborhood.
Underwood will play a workaholic FBI agent. He is currently in theaters with box office champ Madea's Family Reunion.
In other pilot castings:
--Mitch Rouse (ABC's According to Jim) landed the lead in CBS' comedy pilot The Angriest Man in Suburbia, playing a husband and father who struggles with the annoyances of daily life in suburbia.
--Kiele Sanchez has been tapped as the lead in ABC's comedy pilot What Happens on a Bus, playing a young news correspondent on a fictional presidential campaign trail.
--Josh Meyers will play the lead in Fox's comedy pilot That Guy, playing a guy in his early 30s who realizes that he is getting too old for his partying ways but is not ready to settle down like his friends.
--Matt Letscher has been cast as the male lead opposite Christine Taylor in ABC's comedy pilot 52 Fights, about a couple's (Letscher, Taylor) transition from dating to marriage.
--Lori Loughlin (Summerland) joined the cast of the ABC comedy series In Case of Emergency, about four friends from high school who unexpectedly reunite.
--Will Patton has been cast in ABC's drama pilot The Way, which centers on a powerful New England family that uses witchcraft to further its business enterprises.
--Rebecca Gayheart has joined Fox's drama Vanished, which chronicles the disappearance of a senator's wife. Gayheart recently starred in the CBS TV movie The Christmas Blessing.
--Jonathan LaPaglia and Patricia Wettig have been added to ABC's drama Brothers & Sisters, a family soap revolving around adult siblings.
