Union job lures acting duo

Ashley Williams and Zachary Levi have been cast as the leads in the TBS pilot Imperfect Union, a workplace comedy being produced by former Will & Grace star Eric McCormack.

Union, set at a switch factory, is described as a romantic comedy that centers on a young woman (Williams) who just took over the job as shop steward from her retired father, and a young man (Levi) who just took over as head of the factory from his father.

The project is based on an idea by McCormack and Michael Forman, his partner in Big Cattle Prods., both of whom are executive producing.

Levi's credits include ABC's Less Than Perfect and the feature film Big Momma's House 2. Williams' credits include CBS's How I Met Your Mother and Showtime's Huff.
