Video Preview: Fox's New Shows

Fox may not have the abundance of new shows that NBC has, but it still has a few candidates for hits... if you can make a judgment from a trailer. Will Arnett is typical hilarious Will Arnett in the comedy Running Wilde, which is a good thing. New drama Lonestar has a just-okay premise, but looks like it might be well-executed. Raising Hope

Genre: Goofball Comedy
Notable Cast Members: Martha Plimpton, Cloris Leachman, creator Greg Garcia (My Name is Earl)
It's Like... Three Men and a Baby minus two of the men.
Time: Tuesdays, 9pm
Stray Thought: The original title, Keep Hope Alive, was better.



Running Wilde

Genre: Screwball Comedy
Notable Cast Members: Will Arnett, Kerri Russell
It's Like... Mr. Deeds meets Krippendorf's Tribe? Whatever it is, thank god for Will Arnett.
Time: Tuesdays, 9:30pm
Stray Thought: Does this have a chance to be a live-action comedy hit for Fox?



 

Lonestar

Genre: Drama

It's Like... a George Clooney movie.
