The X Factor (Australia) will hand all the voting power to viewers, to decide which contestants deserve to reach the grand final on November 22.

This week, the remaining contestants were mentored by the Bee Gees' Robin Gibb (who, ironically, once derided the franchise as a "glorified advert").

Altiyan Childs performed "The Living Years" by Mike & The Mechanics and "Living on a Prayer" by Jon Bon Jovi, while Sally Chatfield sang "Beautiful" by Christina Aguilera and Pink's "Just Like A Pill".

Andrew Lawson gave viewers his own rendition of Frank Sinatra's "Something Stupid" as well as the Billy Joel hit "Uptown Girl". Mahogany rounded out the evening with Michael Jackson's "The Way You Make Me Feel" and "Heaven" by Bryan Adams.

Monday night's live finale will boast special guest, US singer Ke$ha, who will perform her new single. Judge Ronan Keating will also take to the stage with Aussie songstress and former Australian Idol contestant Paulini Curuenavuli.

After struggling through some difficult times during the course of the talent show, producers are likely to breathe a sigh of relief as the show comes to an end and they will no longer have to maintain its hype in order to keep ratings over the magic number of 1 million.

The X Factor (Australia) grand final airs 7:30pm Monday, November 22 on Seven.
