Watch the Sobering Season 5 Trailer for Nurse Jackie (VIDEO)

Now that she's officially divorced and rehab cleaned up her druggy ways, life is a piece of cake for Jackie Peyton, right!? Yeah, right. After a strong fourth season, Showtime's dark comedy returns for a fifth on April 14, and the network has released a trailer to prove it.

It looks like Jackie is going to have to deal with all sorts of post-divorce problems in the worst way possible: without drugs. Not only has Cruz (Bobby Cannavale) left All Saint's, but new former army doc Dr. Prentiss (Morris Chestnut) takes over the ER—much to Dr. Cooper's dismay—and a first-year (Betty Gilpin) gives Coop a handful. But wait! It looks like Cruz IS back at least for an episode? And is this cop really making a good call by getting all up on Jackie? Guess we have to wait until mid-April to find out.

Nurse Jackie returns April 14 on Showtime.

Nurse Jackie is not a dark comedy because, well, it's not a comedy to begin with. The trailer may hint some sort of funny moments, but the show pretty much dramatic.

Well I know for sure the cop is going to be in MULTIPLE episodes. I listen to Opie and Anthony and he was own, he's a comedian and high school friend of Anthony, and he said he was on the show with his character a story arc so he will definitely be an item for Nurse Jackie, FYI, if anyone was wondering.
