Watch Veep Meet the Veep at the White House Correspondents' Dinner (VIDEO)

Apparently President Obama's appearance on Between Two Ferns earlier this year was just a warm-up for his speech at the White House Correspondents' Dinner this weekend.

The POTUS once again demonstrated his natural knack for comedy with a self-deprecating speech at Saturday's event, while also managing to work in a few not-so-subtle digs at his political rivals.

"House Republicans actually give John Boehner a harder time than they give me, which means orange really is the new black," Obama quipped. Check out his full remarks here:

In a hilarious pre-taped video, Vice President Joe Biden and Veep's fictional Vice President Selena Meyer (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) decided to ditch the Correspondents' Dinner. Their night on the town involved being busted eating ice cream in the White House kitchen by First Lady Michelle Obama, and getting tattoos with Nancy Pelosi:

Community star Joel McHale was booked as the evening's entertainment, but many of his jokes toed the line between witty and wince-worthy—particularly ones about Chris Christie's physique and the Kardashians' penchant for dating black men.

Here's the comedian's full speech:

Did you find McHale's jokes funny?

He's great on Community, but nowhere else honestly. I remember when he did the E3 conference... It was horrendous!!!! Why people think he is a good host when he has repeated failures is beyond me! The President on the other hand should take over Craig Ferguson's spot after he is done with the Presidency. Think they'll wait two more years? lol
