Jennifer, can I get you a glass of champagne? Steve! Love the shawl! And Ryan! I think I've missed you most of all..." Yeah, pretty scary thought, I know.

Pretty obvious from the comments below that the majority also prefers the new X-Factor above AI,.. Couldn't stand those 12 yo's singing how much they love their moms and their grandmama's, and all that country music. How anyone can stand to watch a single episode of AI anymore is amazingly incredible.
Well, I know this article is about Idol rather than X-Factor, but I just have to say this ...
I can cope with the format changes and the egos, but ALL 4 judges made at least one STUPID choice for the live shows (two of them made 2 stupid choices and one of them actually made THREE stupid choices). I don't know how much more PC crap I can take in the name of their idea of "good television".
X factor is great, and seeing the final 17 its awesome. between Australia england and US, US just might have the biggest catch this year, will have to wait and see.
I could hardly swallow just a few X-factor episodes, enough to make me like AI more.

I like X Factor and I think it's better than Idol.
X-factor and Terra Nova are both great shows - it's this web site that's gone down the toilet.
What do I have to do for these stupid shows to go away or at least for people to stop constantly talking about them honestly that are driving me insane
The X-Factor is better than American Idol for one reason, and one reason only: Nicole Scherzinger (Although, that is a very male oriented opinion)

i'll take The X Factor over American Idol anyday.. Randy was the worst judge and JLo and Steven Tyler aren't good IMO.. and Ryan Seacrest was always annoying to me.. and after last year's crap 13.. i mean "top".. there's no way i'd ever go back to them. seems like when Simon left, they forgot what good singers were
As always these programmes are the dregs, and now you get to suffer X Factor just like we do, haha, suck it America.

And now we're making Misfits ours too!
The fun part of these kinds of shows are the auditions... and the X-Factor messed that up.
