My Kitchen Rules
New series. Season two of the successful reality cooking program sees duos from each state go head-to-head to see -- wait for it -- whose kitchen rules. In the premiere episode, butchers Artie and Johnny create a three-course meal to impress the judges. Followed by the premiere of Conviction Kitchen at 8:30pm.

$#*! My Dad Says
Premiere. The first (but not only) television program to be created from a Twitter feed, $#*! My Dad Says stars William Shatner as 72-year-old Ed Goodson, who isn't afraid to express his often blunt and confronting opinions. His twenty-something son Henry (Jonathan Sadowski) is moves in with his father when he cannot pay his rent and attempts to find a release from his father's verbal abuse by tweeting controversial (and hilarious) quotes from the old timer. Also stars Nicole Sullivan and Will Sasso.

Airs: 8pm Monday on Nine

20 to 1: Greatest Sporting Anthems
Bert Newton hosts the countdown of the top 20 sporting anthems that best get sports fans geared up. Can you guess which athletic anthem is most popular?

The Biggest Loser: Families
This week the contestants arrive at Camp Biggest Loser for their first weigh-in. Will the four families be able to handle the trainers tough love and grueling exercise regime to get them fit and healthy?

Blue Bloods
Premiere. Tom Selleck, Donnie Wahlberg, Bridget Moynahan, Will Estes, and Len Cariou star as the Reagans, a family of police officers in the New York City PD. The series begins with the abduction of a young girl, causing the family to argue over which courses of action are acceptable in such a situation.

Airs: 8:30pm Wednesday on TEN

Luke Nguyen's Vietnam
Final. In the series final, Luke travels through Mai Chau in the north of Vietnam. One the traditional menu is a young jackfruit salad, fish cooked in bamboo, and a roast suckling pig -- complimented by storytelling, traditional bamboo dancing and drinking cassava wine.

Coast
In Cardiff to St David's the team travel from the Cardiff marina, through the Gower Peninsula to St David's -- Britain's smallest city.

I'm looking forward to an interesting season of 'My Kitchen Rules'. But if you really want to know what to watch this week, 'NCIS' and "Criminal Minds' are returning, so those should be brilliant!
