What to watch on Friday, October 5...
Get excited, human beings. Not only is it Friday, but this weekend's schedule is filled to the brim with nerdry. Not only will our weekend be filled with Bond-related jokes (hint:Daniel Craig will make a special appearance on our TVs) but we'll also be invited to check out a special debate between the golden boys of the Left and Right (aka Bill O'Reilly and Jon Stewart). Plus Radiohead invades our living room with a special concert and The Simpsons celebrate Halloween early. Let's do this:
Ready to turn up the heat at 8? In tonight's episode "Where There's Smoke..." the former Numb3ers actor Rob Morrow returns as arsonist Leonard Brooks, and something tells me the team is not going to be happy about this. When will this guy stop? How many more arson cases will the CSIs have to investigate? Like the title of the episode hints, hopefully the smoke will lead them to his arrest.
Last week's episode of Fringe reintroduced us to our favorite characters, and hopefully on tonight's episode it will give us a better understanding of the entire movement against the Observers'. In tonight's "Absentia" the Fringe team must extract information from the Harvard lab, which is now controlled by the Observers. The fight for freedom intensifies!
In tonight's "Over My Dead Body" Monroe's old flame Angelina comes to town with some bad news. Elsewhere, Nick asks Hank for some help in keeping Monroe safe while Captain Renard receives a visit from a former acquaintance. Can you guess who?
Anyone a fan? In tonight's "The Farmer," Audrey and Nathan encounter a bizarre series of deaths involving missing vital organs. Wait, wait...I think I already know who did it. Is it "the farmer"? Meanwhile, Duke must confront the fate his dad warned him about which is something about becoming Haven's curse killer.

O'Reilly vs. Stewart 2012: The Rumble in the Air-Conditioned Auditorium
Ladies and gentleman, this month the election season has added a new debate except this special event is between Bill O' Reilly, the Fox News TV host of The O'Reilly Factor, and political satirist Jon Stewart of Comedy Central's The Daily Show. The 90-minute trash-talking debate between the golden boys of the Right and Left will go down in a "Air-Conditioned Auditorium" moderated by television journalist E.D. Hill. If you would like to see the two go at it, fans of either TV personality can live-stream the debate for $4.95 with one-half of the profits going to a number of charitable causes. For more information and how to order go to The Rumble 2012.

Austin City Limits: Radiohead
Doing mental cartwheels while I'm typing this one out. The very-awesome PBS television series Austin City Limits premieres its brand new season with a rare, full-hour set by Radiohead. Filmed in The Moody Theater in the Texas capital, the episode will mark the iconic British band's debut appearance, and are excepted to play songs from their last three albums: The King of Limbs, In Rainbows, and Hail to the Thief, as well as classics from Kid A and OK Computer. Can I let you in on a secret? I'm obsessed with perfecting the "Lotus Flower" dance, just need better shoes.
SEASON 2 PREMIERE, 9pm, BBC America
Whoa, this looks intense (see promo image above). The second season begins with a young woman who can see ghosts arriving at Bedlam Heights to search for Jed.

Billy the Exterminator
Hey, remember Billy the Exterminator? Of course you do! Who can forget the man who's known to go head-to-head with any nasty, creepy pests regardless of its shape and size. If you haven't met Billy, meet him in "Snake, Rattle and Roll." In it, Billy and his friend Ricky wrangle VENOMOUS pit vipers and use them in a magical potion to remove the mysterious critters — and there are mysterious critters. Let's hope no one gets hurt here.
Saturday Night Live
Bond fans are in for an aural treat on tonight's episode of SNL. With the latest Bond film set for release early next month, the timing is right for Daniel Craig to host the show. Plus, musical guest Muse is performing. Double dreamy.

SEASON 9 PREMIERE 8pm, Discovery
In tonight's premiere episode "Titanic Survival" James Cameron joins Adam and Jamie in tackling the most requested myth in MythBuster history: "Is it possible that Rose and Jack could have both fit on the wooden board and survived together?" Hmm, that's a good question. But wouldn't the board flip if Jack tried to get on?
Fox is getting into the Halloween spirit a little early this year, as The Simpsons celebrates the 23rd annual Halloween special called "Treehouse of Horror XXIII," an homage to "Back To The Future" with an apocalyptic Mayan twist. Sounds like wicked fun!
Epic episode last Sunday, right? In tonight's "Sunshine and Frosty Swirl," Debra attempts to cure Dexter of his killer tendencies (good luck Deb!). Meanwhile, the Mike Anderson case appears to be connected to the Ukranian mob and a vengeful Louis won't stop meddling with Dexter's life. This promises to be the best season yet. Woo!
