What to watch on Thursday, April 26...

Guys, grab the biggest pink eraser you can find and just clear your calendars for tonight. Just erase the eff out of them because SO MUCH good stuff is on and you have NO TIME to dilly dally with anything else. Then in the morning make sure to write your DVR a thank you note for all the hard work it will have done:

LIVE SPECIAL, 8:30pm, NBC
30 Rock
Buncha show-offs! Tonight the cast of 30 Rock once again attempts to prove their greatness by embarking on another live broadcast! In "Live From Studio 6H," TGS deals with possibly becoming a pre-taped sketch show until Kenneth attempts to change everybody's minds. (And yeah, they'll be doing it live TWICE, once per coast!)

8pm, CW
The Vampire Diaries
Guys, I've seen this episode already and it's definitely a must-watch. "Do Not Go Gentle" concerns the goings-on in and around this semester's decade dance: The Roaring '20s! Love triangles are rejiggered, characters are possessed, and someone says goodbye. And yes, Caroline looks incredible as a flapper girl, but you knew that already.

8pm, NBC
Community
It's the Law & Order episode! In "Basic Lupine Urology" (think about it), the group investigates the malicious destruction of their science project and eventually holds a trial for their culprit. And yeah, this MAY be the episode in which a character dies (as Joel McHale hinted earlier this year). MAY be. Anything could happen, guys. (Spoiler alert.)

9pm, CW
The Secret Circle
In the ominously titled "Traitor," the group investigates which witch has been assisting Eben with his powers. Meanwhile Jake and Faye team up to nab Dawn's crystal, plus Melissa and Adam start experimenting with a new power. And we already know what the Blackwell sisters get up to.

9pm, CBS
Person of Interest
It's a looking-back to move ahead type situation when Reese must reflect on his CIA days in order to make sense of a present day dilemma involving an armored-truck robbery gang. Whew, I'm exhausted already.

10pm, ABC
Scandal
Tonight Olivia and Cyrus nearly come to blows over the Amanda Tanner case and he ends up assisting in a probe into Olivia's team's personal lives. Bad friend! Elsewhere the team works to find the missing family of a dictator, no big deal. Busywork, basically.
