What to watch on Thursday, January 12...

It's too bad we can't touch our fingertips together and stop time like Evie from Out of This World, because there is NOT enough time to watch everything that's on TV tonight! Seriously, tonight is stacked, check it out:
SEASON 6 PREMIERE, 8pm, NBC
30 Rock
Hey, old friend! 30 Rock is back, you guys! A lot has happened since last May: Most of the cast members have either given birth or gotten in trouble with the media, but tonight will be just like old times. In the Season 6 premiere, Jenna finds success as a hateful celebrity judge on a kids' talent show, Liz attempts to adopt a new outlook on life, and Kenneth prepares for the Rapture.
8pm, CW
The Vampire Diaries
Elena turned 18 in the season premiere, so it's only fair that Caroline gets her moment in the birthday spotlight. Tonight the gang throws her a surprise birthday party (in a tomb, obvs) while Stefan and Damon bicker over how to handle the current Klaus situation. Elsewhere, Alaric has another run-in with Meredith. Okay, have a fun party and stay safe, everyone!
SERIES PREMIERE, 8:30pm, CBS
¡Rob!
Ever since Men Behaving Badly was canceled back in 1997, America (and let's face it, the world) has clamored for the return of Rob Schneider to network television. Clamor no more, America: ¡Rob! is here! The well-punctuated show centers around a lifelong bachelor who marries into a Mexican-American family headed by Cheech Marin. So there may or may not be marijuana and/or ethnic jokes, it's anyone's guess.
SERIES PREMIERE, 9pm, Fox
The Finder
As everybody probably knows, The Finder is a Bones spin-off and it also features a darkly handsome, sardonic investigator who solves mysteries. This ones stars 7th Heaven's (and Happy Town's) Geoff Stults as a troubled veteran with a knack for finding objects... and people! In tonight's pilot he'll help a teen find his missing father after the father's plane goes down in the everglades. Oh, and also he'll help John Fogerty (!) recover a stolen guitar. That'll do, The Finder.
9pm, CW
The Secret Circle
Tonight the gang attends something called the Fire and Ice Dance, where Adam will continue to be Cassie's tag-along pal. Meanwhile, Faye's attempts to regain individual powers threaten her fellow witches' health. Also, presumably, their parents will have secret conversations in parked cars.
9:30 pm, NBC
Up All Night
Few shows are brave enough to set an episode during a recently concluded holiday, but tonight Up All Night takes on New Year's Eve. During a NYE game night, Chris frowns when Regan gets a little too competitive, plus Kevin begins to suspect that Ava may be ashamed of his lowly commonfolk existence. Oh, and as you probably noticed, this show is on Thursday nights now. Welcome and thank you!

What are you watching tonight?

TVD and 30 Rock! Have you seen TVD yet!? They've outdone themselves yet again!
The Firm
giving up on Parks and Recreation, utter crap of a season
Just love Thursdays ..great TV night!
The Vampire Diaries, The Secret Circle, Grey's Anatomy, Bones, Private Practice. Have to catch The Finder, Up All Night and Wipeout on OnDemand. That's bout it.
Bones, The Finder, Grey's, Person Of Interest, Private Practice, the Mentalist and The Firm. The Firm only because I'm curious to see if they improve any from the 2 hour premiere. It has potential, let's see if they find it.
30 Rock, Parks and Rec and The Office. Maybe Up All Night too, since it's conveniently in the NBC Comedy Block now.
TV.com editors: Up All Night is not on Fox, it's on NBC.
Speaking of which, NBC Thursday has gotten very shotgun-blasted for me, just 30 Rock and The Office, both of which are showing their age and in danger of getting kicked off DVR Island for me. The rest of my night is Big Bang Theory, and Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, aka Twitter's Craigy Ferg, aka TV's The Fergs of GP & The Fergs.
Sorry about that, the ol' copy-and-paste error! Consider it fixed.
Vampire Diaries, 30 Rock, Grey's Anatomy, The Finder, The Mentalist, Bones & Parks and Recreation
My friends and I USED to gather every Thursday to watch Community, Parks and Recs, Office, and 30 Rock when it was on, but now that there is no Community, we don't feel the need to watch the others. We will be missing Parks and Recs of course, but I will watch that after I get back from Trivia or Karaoke, whichever I decide to go to.
Community will be back...

The Vampire Diaries, 30 Rock, Wipeout, Parks and Recreation, Grey's Anatomy, The Office, The Secret Circle, Up All Night, Private Practice, Jersey Shore, Gerard Butler and Betty White on Leno, Meryl Streep on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Hugh Laurie on Craig Ferguson, and Daniel Radcliffe on Jimmy Fallon
Parks and Recreation, The Office, 30 Rock, and The Vampire Diaries.
Just caught up to TVD, so this is the 1st episode I will watch the day it airs.
The Vampire Diaries, The Secret Circle
Person Of Interest, The Mentalist, Parks & Recreation, The Office, The Big Bang Theory and The Finder.
On a separate note, how many more trashy sitcoms are they going to impose on us?? Anything with Rob Schneider at the helm makes me cringe.
Vampire Diaries, Secret Circle, Person of Interest
I wanted to check out The Finder, but I'm not sure how many more shows I can bear that are set in Florida. Aren't there any other locations in the world???
Anyway, on my to-watch-list for tonight are: The Big Bang Theory, Bones, Person of Interest and The Mentalist.
Parks and Rec is against Rob Schneider. It has no excuse not to win this time.
I'll be watching Wipe Out, Grey's Anatomy, The Office, & Conan. Busy, Busy, Busy...lol
Only "The Big Bang Theory" for me. Maybe I'll catch some of the repeats on TBS, as well.
My DVRs will be working overtime tonight! 30 Rock, Parks & Rec, Up All Night, The Vampire Diaries, The Secret Circle, The Big Bang Theory, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, and the Jersey Shore. And The Finder and Project Runway All-Stars I'll catch later On Demand.
Bones, The Mentalist & Up All Night. I will probably take a quick look at The Finder and finally we get more of 30 Rock!
Person of Interest, The Mentalist, The Firm (online), The Finder (online), maybe Rob (online)...
Wow XD busy night...
Vampire diaries, secret circle, the mentalist, big bang theory and maybe bones and project runway!
Tonight will be the mid-season finale of Bones that was held back to boost Finder. Then we'll have to wait a few months. The Finder's biggest problem is that it's up against Person of Interest. I'll try and catch The Finder but I can't say if I'll stick with it. I watched the Bones episode but if you compare the NCIS:LA backdoor NCIS episode with the series there's an obvious difference in tone. I suspect the backdoor Finder episode would be much the same so tonight's episode will give a proper indication of what the show will be like.
Bones, The Finder, The Big Bang Theory, Person of Interest, Parks and Recreation and The Office. Wow, busy Thursdays are back for me!
u criticize a show and it gets more popular whats up with that ? :D
Secret Circle, Vampire Diaries and going to check out Rob.
TVD, TSC
30 Rock, Vampire Diaries, Secret Circle, Parks and Rec
The Vampire Diaries
The Finder, just to try it out because I'm daring that way ;) (I hate Bones)
Big Bang Theory
Person of Interest
The Firm
30 Rock!!! And Up All Night.
BONES, GREY'S, TSC, BILL ON CHELSEA!!!
Tonight is a frickin' awesome night for TV.
30 rock, big bang theory and vampire diaries
30 Rock, The Big Bang Theory, Person of Interest, The Office, Up All Night, and I'll give The Firm another viewing.
I wasn't planning on it before, but for whatever reason, I now feel like watching the premiere of The Finder.
Oh, and of course, the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson.
LOVE Thursdays! The Vampire Diaries, The Finder, The Secret Circle, Bones, Person of Interest & The Mentalist
30 Rock, Parks and Rec and The Office.
Oh man! ..now this is a Thursday!. a TV thursday!
30 Rock, The Secret Circle, Bones, Parks and Recreation, Person of Interest, The Mentalist and The premiere of The Finder, even though I doubt I'll continue watching it. Also: Bill Maher on Chelsea Lately, Hugh Laurie on Craig Ferguson and Ricky Gervais on Conan. Thursdays are always packed. It's almost easier to say which shows I'm not watching.
The Vampire Diaries and The Secret Circle! Pretty perfect night.
You weren't kidding - there's loads of great TV tonight!
The Vampire Diaries, Bones, The Finder, 30 Rock, The Big Bang Theory, The Secret Circle, Grey's Anatomy, The Mentalist and The Firm - and if that's not enough, Hugh Laurie on Ferguson.
Vampire Diaries and Mentalist
TVD, TSC, TBBT, Rob, The Finder, Up All Night, Person of Interest.
Wow, what a selection. 30 Rock, The Vampire Diaries, Park & Recreation, The Office, The Secret Circle, Up All Night and Wipeout. My recorder is going to explode.
Thank goodness for recording or I'd never be able to watch everything. Though if i could I'd be watching bones, the vampire diaries, the mentalist, grey's anatomy, private pracitce, the finder and big bang theory!
bones, vampire diaries (and the review after that! the most expecting stuff on friday morning), up all night, grey's anatomy and private practice, the big bang theory and maybe the finder.... um I've got to make a choice between all this stuff!
Bones, The Vampire Diaries.
Rob, The Secret Circle, Person of Interest, The Mentalist
The Vampire Diaries, of couse, they're the best. Hope they'll cancell the Secret Circle and give their time-slot to a not-so-horrible show.
Uuuh, Secret Circle is one of the CW's best shows they've got right now. It's exactly that not-so-horrible show. Thanks.
Is it REALLY that good? If your answer is yes, then I have to ask: which one did you start watching first? Because I tried to watch TSC and I only made it through half of the second episode.. T Dekker is a great actor (loved him in Terminator: SCC, but that show seemed too much like a spin/rip-off of TVD. If you can tell me it really gets better and you watched TVD first then I will give it a second chance.
