What to Watch Tonight: Awake, Parks and Recreation, and Person of Interest

What to watch on Thursday, March 8...

Friday's so close you can almost smell it. (It smells like tacos and happiness). But while the weekend remains only one tantalizing day away, comfort yourself with the fact that tonight's TV is lookin' REAL good:

10pm, NBC
Michael's exploration of the accident that changed his life (lives?) continues as he recounts the incident with both therapists and at least one of his superiors at work questions his behavior. Meanwhile he looks into the murder of a homeless man in which a "strange little man" is a suspect. [Tom Cruise joke goes here.]

8:30pm, NBC
Parks and Recreation
Tonight Leslie gets mentally prepared for a huge interview on an Indianapolis talk show; elsewhere, Andy prepares to take a final in his women's studies course while Ron and April give him occasionally incompatible assistance. Oh, good luck, you bunch of winners!

9pm, CBS
Person of Interest
It was bound to happen sometime: Tonight the computer's designated person of interest is a six-month-old baby! What an adorable object of suspense! Oh and meanwhile an old nemesis resurfaces and must be dealt with. But seriously, the person of interest is a baby!

8pm, CBS
The Big Bang Theory
In "The Weekend Vortex," Sheldon must deal with the consequences of choosing to spend the weekend playing video games instead of attending Amy's aunt's birthday party. It's Mass Effect 3, right? Because I'm sure Amy's aunt would understand.

9:30pm, NBC
Up All Night
Tonight Reagan and Chris pull a total Reagan and Chris when they go to extremes in order to befriend another cool couple with a kid. Meanwhile at work, Ava's clashes with her new boss take a turn for the personal. Expect tons of side-eye, basically.

SERIES PREMIERE, 10pm, Biography
Celebrity House Hunting
This is just one of those premises where you can't believe someone hadn't thought of it already. But here we are: Essentially House Hunters with celebrities. In tonight's season premiere? No less than Hollywood luminaries Ice-T and Coco. It's not clear if the camera crew from their reality show will be appearing on camera, but either way we'll finally get to learn more about Coco's legendary good taste.
