What to Watch Tonight: Glee, America's Got Talent, and Wilfred

What to watch on Thursday, September 13...

We came SO close to scoring a Friday the 13th this month, but no dice. I guess Thursday the 13th will have to do. Also, as many of you may have noticed, I was out of town last week, so the What to Watches you've been reading were programmed way ahead of time. That accounts for some of the brutal mistakes you may have caught—like including Grimm in the list on Monday (it was programmed before it changed nights). I'M REALLY SORRY. I'll never go on vacation again, I promise. Now let's take a look at what's on the tube tonight:

America's Got Talent
It's the seventh season finale! Where one performer will take home the title of "America's most talented act (at least for this season)." And just in case the winning announcement isn't enough to hold your attention, Nick Cannon will also introduce a bevy of stars who will perform for your entertainment. Guest acts include Justing Bieber, Ne-Yo, Green Day, and the Blue Man Group. Huzzah.

Last season came to a close with the touching notion that eventually high school ends for everybody, even characters in a TV show. This season, we'll pick up with the reminder that life does go on (even for characters in a TV show). "The New Rachel" kicks off with Rachel's move to New York City where she'll attend NYADA and waste no time making friends with a particularly attractive older student. And back at the far more familiar McKinley High School, the glee club looks for new recruits... and Puck's half-brother is in the running.

Sullivan & Son
In "Hank Speech," which just so happens to be this show's first season finale, Hank gets an HR complaint written up about him, accusing him of making "inappropriate comments." Should we chalk this up to a misunderstanding or a well-deserved job loss... you know, assuming job loss is the penalty for harassment? Also, Susan and her mother start to bond—but will they still be in each other's good graces by the season's end?

10pm, FX
"We're goin' to the chapel and we're gonna destroy a weddinggg..." In tonight's "Resentment" Jenna and Drew are preparing to walk down the isle, but Ryan's jealousy will get the better of him, and it will inspire Wilfred to go on a destructive rampage that could derail the happy day all together.

10:30pm, MTV
In "Once Upon a Blog" Jenna takes a step back with her blog, thinking that maybe, just maybe, if she fictionalizes her blog, she'll actually be able to change her fate. Will Jenna's attempt to write her own story actually work? And if so, is this show about to take a turn for the supernatural?
