What to watch on Tuesday, November 1...

Although most of your day will be spent cleaning up smashed pumpkins (darn kids!), strewn toilet paper (darn teens!), and littered Werther's Originals wrappers (darn seniors!), remember to take some time to do what really matters: Watch television!
8pm, FOX
Glee
The sexy, musically talented children of McKinley High welcome a new foreign-exchange student this week (played by The Glee Project winner Damian McGinty), but Brittany mistakes him for a leprechaun. Also, Mercedes tries to recruit new members for her rival glee club, with awkward and frequently shout-sung results.
9pm, Fox
New Girl
Tonight Jess walks in on Nick naked and her reflexive laughter gives him severe body shame issues. Plus Winston brushes up on all the pop culture he missed while in Europe and comedy hottie Lake Bell (Childrens Hospital) guest-stars as Nick's attractive coworker.
10pm, FX
Sons of Anarchy
Tonight SAMCRO's agenda runs into trouble when it's discovered that The Niners have forged a new alliance. This show is as serious as it is dusty! I bet everybody has mud-lung.
9pm, CW
Ringer
Tonight Bridget outs herself to Andrew and Henry as an impostor, but Henry must deal with the fact that he's now a suspect in Gemma's possible murder. Plus Juliet parties a ton because that's just what she does, deal with it.
MIDSEASON PREMIERE, 10pm, USA
Covert Affairs
Annie battles some post-failed mission blues, but the pep in her step is restored when a new assignment puts her right in the middle of a Basque separatism terrorist plot. Way to get back in the saddle, babygirl!
