What to watch on Monday, January 23...

Oh, hello. Did you have a great weekend? I bet. Well, today is basically the weekend for your television. If it could talk it'd be like, "TGIM!" Because of all the things on tonight. But don't just take my word for it, look:

House
In "Better Half," the doctors encounter a few scenarios in which seemingly unhealthy marriages appear to be having negative effects on patients' health. First an Alzheimer's patient has a violent reaction to his medication and his wife starts to look suspicious; later Wilson treats a patient whose afflictions may or may not be related to the patient's chaste marriage.

9pm, Syfy
Being Human
As Sally continues chillin' with her new ghost friends, she acquires new powers. Meanwhile Aidan is still super involved in helping Suren claim Boston, plus Josh's relationship struggles continue. All three remain 100 percent adorable.

9pm, Fox
Alcatraz
Unpleasant plotline alert: Tonight a killer who kidnaps kids and then returns their bodies to the parents reappears from the past and the team must find him before he picks up where he left off. That'll do, Alcatraz.

10pm, ABC
Castle
In "An Embarrassment of Bitches" (yes), the case centers on the murder of a prominent dog trainer and the popular reality TV star who becomes the prime suspect. My theory: The MEDIA did it. (Sorry for getting all political, guys.)

8pm, ABC Family
Pretty Little Liars
Spencer and Hanna begin to panic when they suspect "A" might try to hurt their boyfriends in order to get to them. Only slightly less scary, Aria plots to get Ezra to give her the time of day. Just make sure you get your homework done, everybody.
