What to watch on Tuesday, February 21...

All right, the three-day weekend's over and there's nothing anybody can say to make you feel better about that. But on the bright side it's like we got to fast forward to one of the best nights of TV of the whole week? "Don't look at my mouth!" —Gift Horse
10pm, FX
Justified
The hardest-working man on cable has to work a little harder tonight as Raylan must prevent Boyd's oxy trade takeover battle from becoming an oxy trade takeover WAR. Meanwhile Raylan also must deal with a personal issue or two of his own. Maybe. Just playing the odds.
10pm, USA
White Collar
When a wealthy baseball fan recruits Neal to help him steal a valuable piece of memorabilia from Yankees Stadium, Neal finds himself in an understandably precarious position. Meanwhile, Neal's face.
10pm, NBC
Parenthood
Things are getting down to the wire for this likeable lot: Julia and Joel get ready for the arrival of their new son; Sarah must decide whether she'll move to New York with Mark; and Jasmine and Crosby attempt to deal with some past problems during a camping trip. And something happens with Luncheonette, but probably not a name change because PERFECT.
9pm, ABC
The River
Tonight a member of Emmet's missing crew shows up under the thrall of a terrible curse and it's up to Lincoln to figure out how to handle it. (Fingers crossed that the curse is the Can't-Not-Look-Into-Cameras Curse.) Can't wait to watch this ridiculous thing.
ORIGINAL SPECIAL, 11pm, MTV
It Gets Better
You've seen the YouTube videos, you've heard the phrase so often it might've even lost its meaning by now, but tonight MTV finally brings us this hour-long special spotlighting Dan Savage and Terry Miller's It Gets Better Project. Founded in September 2010 in direct response to an ostensible rise in bully-induced suicides among LGTB youth, it's hard not to be touched by the outpouring from leaders, athletes, celebrities, and ordinary teenagers alike. Call me sentimental, but it's nice to think that the internet could actually create some good, you know?

White Collar, Ringer, The River, NBA
If I remember correctly, according to the tv.com poll, Tuesday was the worst night for television after Saturday. But, sadly, no weekend will ever fast forward us to Thursday.
Tuesday night is my DVR night. Tonight I will be recording Last Man Standing, NCIS, NCIS LA, Cougar Town, New Girl, Raising Hope, Body of Proof, and Unforgettable. Damn, just reading my list makes me realize how much there is on Tuesday night.
