What to watch on Tuesday, December 20...

Truth time: Tonight's TV schedule is not exactly jam-packed with new content. It's like someone left a Post-It note on your remote control that says "finish your errands." Fortunately for all you basic cable subscribers, there are a couple of new items worth checking out, particularly if you enjoy smiling and/or laughing!
ORIGINAL SPECIAL, 10pm, Bravo
Kathy Griffin: Tired Hooker
Although it seems like Kathy Griffin releases another one of these things every few days, that's not necessarily a bad thing. She's the kind of lady who can describe her breakfast and it sounds like a polished routine. She's talented, is what I'm saying. This stand-up special promises to include tons of celebrity gossip, including current tabloid topics Kim Kardashian, Demi Moore, and Nancy Grace.
10pm, MTV
Teen Mom 2
Tonight troubled teen (and possible failed Kristen Stewart clone) Jenelle files a restraining order against her awful boyfriend Kieffer. Elsewhere, one of Leah's twins undergoes more medical testing and Adam looks after Chelsea's daughter while she undergoes knee surgery. Plus Kailyn's usual homelessness issues. Good times. Not at all depressing! Merry Christmas!
HOLIDAY SPECIAL, 9pm, PBS
Christmas at St. Olaf
Look, nobody's pretending to know what exactly this is. It just seemed like a classier pick than some game show with a trap door. Anyway, in this annual Christmas celebration, the St. Olaf orchestra (from Northfield, Minnesota) performs various Christmas carols and hymns. There's a chance it could feature tons of full-frontal nudity, but again, nobody knows.
SEASON 10 PREMIERE, 10pm, Food Network
Chopped
What's up, Food Network? Didn't Season 9 just end last week? Well, thanks for not making us skip a week, that's pretty cool I guess. So yeah, check out the Season 10 premiere of Chopped in which the chefs must use marmalade in their appetizers; rabbit in their main courses; and vanilla ice cream in their desserts. (I for one cannot possibly fathom how they'll manage that final task).
11pm, TBS
Patton Oswalt and Joe Mande on Conan
Three names, three people who will make you laugh guaranteed. Why fight it?

Nothing
Conan. There's way too much Patton Oswalt on tonight.
Erm... nothing.
Ooo Patton Oswalt!
reruns of Flashpoint, NCIS, NCIS: LA, etc...
Storage Wars :P
nothing
It's the ho-hum holiday season with nothing decent on TV cause the networks figure everyone is out last minute Christmas shopping.
Nothing
Kathy Griffin!
NOTHINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG :(
Kathy Griffin's 5th special of the year, which is a big deal for a standup. That said, her material for the first 3 was suffering diminishing returns.
And always GP & the Fergs!
Amber Riley on Leno.. nothing else is on
TNT Myster Movie, Deck the Halls ~ that's about it!
Nada. Will be re-watching the greatness that was Homeland season finale and maybe a movie or two.
Nothing.....guess I will download Star Wars the Old Republic and check that game out.
Nothing
nothing :(
Again, nothing. Except the LLS w/ Craig Ferguson. Maybe I'll... go... outside. Eek.
nothing :(
St Olaf? Is Rose Nylund going to make an appearance?
So I guess it's finally time to listen to the commentary on the Buffy DVDs.
I'll be playing video games tonight!!
What are you playing? Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Saints Row 3, MW3, Assassins Creed 3: Revelations, Battlefield 3, Gears of War 3, Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception (that's a lot of 3's), The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, Batman: Arkham City. . . .
WOW! I just realized how nerdish I sound. *Clears Throat* - I'm just kidding. I'm far too busy to play frivolous video games. Especially Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. I mean, who wants to heroically battle dragons? That's kids stuff.
Since you're asking, I'll be playing Mass Effect 2.
And nerds are taking over the world. It's just a matter of time.
Moohahaha!
It's not listed, but I'll be watching the TNT mystery movie "Deck the Halls".
Dear Lord! Tonight's lineup is more coldly desolate than North of the Wall (that one's for you, Tim).
Just Craig Ferguson I guess.
I guess it's checking out Kathy Griffin and the Stanford vs. Tennessee women's basketball game.
I guess I'll check Who's Still Standing and see if they'll show where those holes go and probably Charles Barkley on The Tonight Show.
Nothing?! OK... I guess I'll have to watch Patton Oswalt on Chelsea Lately.
Wasn't Rose (Betty White) from the Golden Girls from Saint Olaf?
Yes, she was! It's completely blowing my mind that Saint Olaf is an actual place!
