What to watch on Tuesday, December 13...

It's December, which is definitely the worst month for sitting on curbs beside mud puddles. Most any other month is better than December for that. Why not come inside and watch TV instead? (Mud puddles optional.)

It's a potential holiday catastrophe! When New Directions gets asked to perform at TWO events scheduled at the same time, they have to decide which one to attend! Just kidding, who cares? It's Christmas! Peace on earth, etc.

NCIS
When a pregnant marine finds her life in danger on Christmas Eve, the team assembles to find her a proverbial manger in which to proverbially give birth to the proverbial Christ child. I'm not saying you'll have a religious experience while watching this episode of NCIS, but there's definitely a chance, and do you really want to risk missing it?

Tonight the roommates accompany Schmidt to his holiday party, where he's been asked to play "Sexy Santa." Meanwhile Jess doesn't know what to do when Paul gives her an unexpectedly extravagant Christmas gift. That's what's known as a First World Adorkable Problem.

WWE Tribute to the Troops
Musical guests Nickelback and Mary J. Blige join a bevy of glistening orange hulks as they pay tribute to the U.S. Armed forces. This special was filmed at Fort Bragg in Fayetteville, North Caroline, is hosted by Maria Menounos, and features more melodramatic kick-slaps than you can flex a pec at.

The Conan One Hour Earlier Best of Spectacular
Featuring slightly fewer bodyslams but the same amount of shouting, this hour-long retrospective of Conan's finer moments should provide a painful reminder that The Tonight Show is still hosted by Jay Leno. (Too soon?)
