What to watch on Tuesday, May 7...

SEASON 2 FINALE, 8pm, The CW
Hart of Dixie
Zoe heads “On the Road Again” for a much-needed New York City vacation, but she has to wrangle with a mid-air medical emergency en route. Back in BlueBell, Lemon promotes a Gloriana concert at the Rammer Jammer... except now she has to find a way to actually book the country quartet. Quick, someone give her Pierce Hawthorne’s number!

8pm, CBS
NCIS
“Double Blind” deals with the fallout from the Bodnar case when a Pentagon investigator puts the squad under a microscope. Secretary Hagel is downright livid at both their reckless behavior and their increased serialization, let me tell you. In case-of-the-week business, a petty officer’s fear that he’s being followed may have national security implications.

9pm, CBS
NCIS: Los Angeles
Deeks goes undercover in “Parley,” aiming to ferret out a notorious arms dealer who plans to come out of retirement. Along the way he buddies up to a woman who may steer the operation into treacherous waters—and may trigger strange new emotions in Kensi, who’s keeping tabs on Deeks and his new manic pixie dream informant.

9pm, Fox
New Girl
Poor Winston. Not only does nobody remember to throw him a birthday party, but that very storyline is relegated to fourth position in Fox’s logline. C’mon, guys, it’s right there in the title! “Winston’s Birthday”! Well, I’ve got your back, buddy. This blurb won’t even talk about Rob Reiner’s return visit as Jess’s dad, or Schmidt’s uncertain feelings about dating Elizabeth. That’s my birthday gift to you, Winston. Sorry there’s no card, though; I had a busy week.

9:30pm, Fox
The Mindy Project
Glum over Casey’s decision to move to Haiti for a year, Mindy blows off some steam by attending the titular “Frat Party” with the pre-med student she’s mentoring. When she bumps into ex-boyfriend Tom (Bill Hader) at said bash, comically non-role-model-y behavior is bound to ensue. At the office, Danny and Jeremy scheme to entice Morgan away from the midwives. First, they’ll need a particularly gooey cupcake and about 22 feet of string...

10pm, NBC
Grimm
Nick’s latest target in “Kiss of the Muse” is a Wesen with a knack for creative inspiration, and NBC brass is highly divided on whether Nick should stab her with a broadsword or facilitate a meeting with the network’s head of drama development. Either way, the case may derail his hopes of straightening things out with Juliette. Meanwhile, Rosalee drops by Aunt Marie’s trailer for the first time.

10pm, ABC
Body of Proof
A plane crash knocks out Philly’s primary power grid and throws the entire team into crisis mode in “Dark City.” Rolling blackouts bedevil Megan’s autopsies, as does the sudden disappearance of one victim’s body in what experts are calling an 83 percent likelihood of “Weekend at Bernie’s-ism.” Later, a severe car collision puts a crimp in Tommy and Adam’s efforts to investigate.

10pm, MTV
Awkward.
In “Indecent Exposure," Matty quickly strains Jenna’s patience while bunking with the Hamiltons. Speaking of unwanted guests, Tamara crashes Sadie’s sleepover, where Ricky-related tensions sully what would otherwise be a rousing game of “Light as a Feather, Stiff as a Board.”
