What to watch on Wednesday, February 1...

Welcome to February, the shortest month of the year. Like a four-day week, however, it also seems way longer than normal? Oh well, at least February is also a sweeps month so its television should be good. Theoretically. Because tonight's is not necessarily the hottest:
8pm, CBS
One Tree Hill
One Tree Hill's legendary café-related drama heats up when ANOTHER café opens up in town. Elsewhere Julian's all bummed for guilt-related reasons, Chase's girlfriend got secrets y'all, and Quinn tries to make sure Clay deals with his probz ASAP.
8:30pm, NBC
Are You There, Chelsea?
Fun fact: If one were to remove the laugh track from this show, it would suddenly become the saddest, most bizarre drama about mentally ill people since Whitney (also with its laugh track removed)! Anyway, tonight's episode of Chelsea Handler's new moneymaker involves Nikki's botched wedding plans after her fiancé gets cold feet. Meanwhile fake-Chelsea takes in a stray dog.
ORIGINAL SPECIAL, 8pm, CBS
Super Bowl's Greatest Commercials
Two of America's finest athletes, Boomer Esiason and, erm, Jillian Michaels, host this retrospective of the Super Bowl's most memorable moments that don't actually involve football or any nonsense like that. And if you're a weirdo (like me), you might be interested to know that this special will offer a PREVIEW of commercials that will air during this Sunday's championship game. Yup, previews for advertisements. Sounds good!
10pm, USA
Royal Pains
When Hank's back gives out, Dr. Van Dyke steps up to take over his house calls. Meanwhile Divya and Jill have mixed emotions about coming to the aid of the robber who robbed them. Bygones, ladies, fix that robber.
10pm, Syfy
Face Off
While last week's nude body-painting challenge was definitely GREAT TV, this premise just seems like a can't-miss: Horror makeup legend Tom Savini oversees the contestants' designs of proposed slasher-movie villains.
Perfect!

only Royal Pains - Hank rocks :)
Nothing - nada - niente - nix!
:-(
Community season 2 on DVD!!! Nothing on tv I care about tonight
Top Chef...
Soup, daily show and colbert. Royal Pains and the rerun of Southland.
The Soup and Conan
Whitney, Chelsea?, The Soup, Royal Pains, Hot In Cleveland, The Exes, Daniel Radcliffe on Leno, and John Krasinski on Jimmy Kimmel Live
SHATNER ON FERGUSON! SHATNER ON FERGS! BILL... SHATNERONFERGUSON! Holy crap, I can't believe Shatner is doing another LLSwCF! Those 2 are such a great mix-matched pair.
Also Royal Pains and The Exes, but who gives a crap when Shatner will be on the Craig Ferguson comedy swearing puppet hour.
agreed!
Just OTH tonight!
Royal Pains, Ghost Hunters, maybe Hot in Cleveland, maybe The Exes, reruns...
OTH and Royal Pains
Nothing...
btw, TV.com stuff, you didn't write about Ringer new episode ... I'm guessing because it was good.
Indeed, a very non hot night (with the exception of OTH of course)
The Soup.
Why does it feel like the end of December all over again??
Are You There Chelsea, Royal Pains, Hot in Cleveland, The Exes
Just Royal Pains for me.
What a yawn-fest. Nothing. Sigh.
It should really be Super Bowl's Greatest Commercials 2012. They have aired one of these specials pretty much every year since 2001. You can preview and vote for the commercials at http://www.cbs.com/superbowl/
one tree hill
Super Bowl's Greatest Commericals along with the Big Bang Theory on TBS.
Haha Chelsea sounds so bad! Joel on the Soup and probably OTH because i am a glutton for punishment for me
The Soup, that's it (not counting Daily Show and Colbert of course)
JoAnna Garcia on "Royal Pains"; its the only show on tonight you've listed that is a good show. Damn Lenny Clarke lost a ton of weight....
Something I dvr'ed, The Soup, and maybe Jimmy Fallon. I like Tim Tebow.
The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, and probably The Soup.
Boo ABC for depriving me of my Wednesday comedies.
I'll probably just watch some basketball.
Nothing. Bummer.
Day to look at old dvds... not even REVENGE!!!!
Maybe Shatner with Craig Ferguson and that's it!
Urg, what a bad day for TV. Nothing.
why are we paying for tv channels again ?
after all i have no problem paying for something but why pay when there is nothing on !
Are you kidding me? Just when I thought that after all this time, a decent scheduling would be back on. Just Face Off.
Royal Pains, Hot in Cleveland, The Exes
