What to watch on Tuesday, July 31...

Is it Friday yet? Seriously, between the start of the Olympics and the Television Critics' Association press tour it feels the idea of a summer lull was but a dream. Hey, why don't we all unwind with some of these cool, refreshing television offerings?

8pm, NBC
2012 Summer Olympics: Women's Gymnastics Team Final
Yes, NBC's tape delays are annoying and inconvenient at best. But for those of you who are watching them anyway, tonight's primetime coverage includes the women's gymnastics team final, several swimming finals, and the women's diving 10m synchronized platform final. If you haven't yet checked out the synchronized platform event, DO IT: It's definitely one of our new Olympic obsessions.

8pm, ABC Family
Pretty Little Liars
In "Stolen Kisses," Emily continues dealing with the loss of Maya and attempts to patch things up with Page. Meanwhile, Aria meets Ezra's mom and Spencer turns to Caleb for help in cracking Maya's website... take your best guess at what the password will be in the comments!

Design Star All Stars
Design Star kicks off its first all-stars cycle tonight with a returning cast that includes Season 4's Dan Vickery and Season 2's Josh “Sparkle Josh” Johnson. Bonus: Because this show knows that it's poor form to let your regular judges go on sabbatical during all-stars seasons *cough* Project Runway *cough* both Vern Yip and Genevieve Gorder, along with a rotating guest judge, will preside.

SEASON 1 FINALE, 9pm, ABC Family
Jane by Design
Tonight's "summer finale" sees Jane trying to save the school play at a high personal cost, but obviously the most important thing is the question of whether Jane and Billy will finally get together. Obviously. Team Jane!

9pm, USA
White Collar
Neal and Peter do some undercover investigating of a widow who's poised to take home quite a bit of cash thanks to her husband's massive life insurance policy. As part of the ruse, Neal puts the moves on the the target... and naturally things get tricky when he starts falling for her for reals. Just please be careful, Neal, because your new love interest might be an alien: V and Smallville alum Laura Vandevoort is guest-starring as the widow.
