What to Watch Tonight: Pretty Little Liars, Workaholics, and Franklin & Bash

What to watch on Tuesday, June 12...

Don't even think about watching TV until your homework is done, young man/lady. Unless school is out. Is it out yet? Ugh, I hope so! School is terrible and homework is so uncool! Anyway, yes:

ORIGINAL SPECIAL, 8pm, ABC
Jimmy Kimmel Live: Game Night
If you are part of the very, very small—microscopic, even—demographic that enjoys professional basketball, you may be interested to know that tonight begins something called the "NBA Finals." It has something to do with Heat and Thunder, that's all I know about it. But before each game in the series Jimmy Kimmel will be bringing us a half-hour special set to include pertinent interviews, comedy, and basketball-themed good times. Make a note of it!

8pm, ABC Family
Pretty Little Liars
The bad times continue for the ladies as the NEW "A" messes with them in new and scarier ways. "Blood Is the New Black" finds Spencer and Hanna investigating their new nemesis after he/she uses one of Aria's past mistakes against them. Nobody ever said being a gorgeous, privileged teenager was easy.

10pm, TNT
Franklin & Bash
In "Viper" the bros handle their first ever manslaughter case after an amateur superhero accidentally kills a man during his rounds. Meanwhile Peter gets some startling news from his mother. Bru-oh!

ORIGINAL SPECIAL,10pm, BBC America
The Brit List: 20 Sexiest
It's nobody's business if you happen to have a fondness for British actors, actresses, and politicians, and it's certainly nobody's business if you like to watch countdown specials about the sexiest 20 of them. Good day!

10:30pm, Comedy Central
Workaholics
In "Fat Cuz," the fellas conspire to procure Adam's overweight cousin a handicapped parking placard so that they can use it. Honestly, that's just ingenuity right there.

NBA Finals is in ABC, not NBC. You don't want that microscopic demographic to tune into the wrong channel and be bored to death with America's Got Talent or whatever dumb show the fourth place network is showing.

Aside from that, game 1 of the NBA Finals. Maybe the Kimmel special beforehand. Please, Heat, lose.

Hell's Kitchen, Masterchef and The Daily Show. Might watch The Brit List for a laugh - if Patrick Stewart doesn't make sexist Brit alive there's something wrong!

Sexist? Just cause he makes all his spaceship crew and superhero group wear skintight outfits doesn't make him sexist. I think he just wanted them to be more aerodynamic.

I'M BACK!

I was out of the county for a week and didn't have time to comment. Translation: Worst Bosnian Gun-Run EVER! Did you guys miss me? ... No? Not even a little bit? ... Still no? Ouch! *Sniffle* That hurts. And here I thought Bosnia was harsh.

Anyway, seeing as there's not much on tonight, what did I miss?

Welcome back! You really didn't miss much. Summer is the siesta of the TV year.

Now if someone solved the mysterious disappearing act of Arch_Angel88, the balance of the TV.com universe would be restored. That guy was very active and then he suddenly just vanished at the beginning of this year.

I know right?? I've been wondering the same and actually posted a comment asking about him a few weeks ago.. but nada...

Srsly, he just wrote a couple of reviews and then, adios.. does anybody else knows wth? FF, you're a fellow canuck (is that ofensive, I hope is not) , did a bomb fall over Canadian ground and vanished half the population and we don't know about?
Reply
Flag
Haha! I think I'd know if a bomb vanished half of Canada's population. There's only about 8 of us, so it would be pretty obvious.

Glad to have you back! I'd say the only important stuff you missed is True Blood and Teen Wolf.
